The place was fine with a spacious living room. The main problem was the check in and check out process. Check-in was available at 2, but cleaners hadn't even arrived by 2:30, which is when I arrived. I had to plead with them to at least come open the door and let me put my bags in while they cleaned. They wanted me to sit on the street for half an hour. For checkoutCheckout requirements listed on VRBO by owner was "The host requires you complete the following before checking out:Load and start the dishwasher.Strip any used beds and gather used towels.Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash.Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys"All these were completed.After I left, I was charged damages and repairs for not washing the shower and kitchen countertops (not for any failures of the checkout requirements). A full cleaning by the guest was never mentioned on VRBO or by the owner during conversations.
