Access to the apartment through outside stairs.
It is on é levels as follows:
- lower floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a balcony and its en-suite shower-room and toilets, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed above it and an independent shower-room with toilets.
- top floor: a living-room with a well-furnished open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave) and a terrace.
The double bed in the mezzanine can be used by people elder than 10 only.
Linen and towels are not included.
A/C and Fiber WIFI
The balcony in the bedroom has a wonderful view on the harbour and the boats.
The terrace of the living-room has a view both on the sea and the marina. Just have a seat and enjoy the view.
Free parking in the area (numerous parking spaces near-by)

Access to the residence with an entry pass to go through the barrier and the gate.
