Please note that the villa is not equipped with air conditioning, but it is a dual-aspect unit, which allows for natural ventilation and cooling if needed.

On the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and several storage options. You will also find an extra 90 x 190 cm single bed if needed for children.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

In the shower room, you will find a single sink and a traditional shower. On the garden side, you also have a shower and toilet.

The living room features two sofas, an armchair, and a television.
This provides direct access to an enclosed terrace equipped with a dining table, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals with breathtaking views of the garden.

The villa offers direct and unlimited access to the residence's swimming pool, which is just steps from the villa!

You have a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is fully enclosed by a coded gate and an electric gate.
