L'appartement bien situé est comme neuf , malheureusement les odeurs d'égouts remontent dans la salle de bain qui n'a aucune aération sur l'extérieur. C'est donc insupportable ! Par ailleurs, au niveau de l'agencement il s'agit d'un studio comprenant une entrée couloir avec un lit une place, un séjour-cuisine avec 1 canapé lit. Il n' y a pas deux chambres comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables car très mous.Nous avons aussi signalé à la conciergerie les problèmes de prises qui ne sont pas bien fixées aux murs.
