Enjoy the peacefulness with all conveniences close by.
Bird watchers delight. Frequent visits from deer in the evenings.
Large porches and patio with outdoor speakers to enjoy cookouts and entertaining or just enjoying a yard game. Large deck for sunbathing, and floating dock for fishing and swimming.
Beyond the lake activities visit The McDowell Nature Preserve, Carowinds Theme Park, National Whitewater Park, Raptor Center, Discovery Place, Lowe's Motor Speedway, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Billy Graham Library Museum, Bank of America Stadium, Time Warner Arena, Verizon Amphitheater, art museums, restaurants, and shopping. Just 1 1/2 hours south to Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia SC or north to Asheboro Zoo.
We make every effort to make sure you have what you need to enjoy your time on the lake whether you're here for a family visit and sightseeing or bringing your boat to fish and experience Lake Wylie waters.
We take pride in our property and promise a clean and comfortable stay. No need to worry about linens, all you need is here. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare just about any meal and a gas grill and picnic table are on the patio for your outdoor cooking experience.
Relax on the back porch with a glass of wine, listening to music over the outdoor speakers or hang out in the game room complete with pool table, foosball, music and wide screen TV to enjoy all the sports!
Take a walk down the secluded drive and you will likely have deer visit in the evenings.
Blue heron, geese and other waterfowl are frequent visitors as well as many species of birds and woodpeckers.

This was a wonderful trip at a wonderful house! It was perfect for our family and our needs. The kitchen was great and met our cooking needs very well. The space worked great for people to talk, mingle and celebrate the holiday. The game room was fun to have with the pool table for people to use, the outside dock was a pleasant and for relaxing area to enjoy, the outside porch was a pleasant location to enjoy the great weather. Everything about this house made it a perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The lakefront location is absolutely perfect!! It was relaxing and peaceful. The views of the water were stunning. We loved the wildlife around the property. We saw deer, squirrels, and many bird species, including cardinals. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was excellent!! She was very responsive and friendly. Overall, this lakefront vacation home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful time in a beautiful home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is spacious and supplied with just about anything you would need. Our hosts, Lisa and Brian were quick to respond to any questions we had and were so accommodating. Every morning, I would sit on the back deck and once watched two deer swim across the lake! We made many family memories this Thanksgiving and hopefully we will return.

We had a great time time at the Miller’s. The house was perfect for entertaining 2 small children and provided a great backdrop for a long-awaited family portrait. It was very warm during our stay and being able to stroll down the steps to the lake to cool off made our stay all the more comfortable.Great spot!

This house was perfect for our vacation! We had the best time swimming in the quiet cove and taking the pontoon boat out (Lake Wylie Boat Rental) and honestly just relaxing on the porch. And the house is so comfortable with a well appointed kitchen; basically everything you need on vacation but don't want to pack! The owner was extremely nice and communicative. We plan on renting this house again in the future!!
