Agnès and Olivier invite you to stay in this mansion, from the beginning of the 20th century, perfect for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
The accommodation
Between Alençon (birthplace of Ste Thérèse, lace museum, basilica..) and Sées (its cathedral), located 10 minutes from the A28, 30 minutes from the Haras du Pin, 1 hour from the 24 hours circuit of Le Mans, 1 hour from the Suisse Normande, 1 hour 10 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches, 1 hour 30 minutes from Deauville, 1 hour 45 minutes from the castles of the Loire, 2 hours from the Palace of Versailles near Paris, 2 hours from Mont St Michel. Its central location will allow you daily walks for all tastes. The house is 5 minutes from the forest of Ecouves (forest paths, fitness trail and trail trail).

With a living area of 240 M², the house is set on a wooded plot of 3000 m². The heated swimming pool (4M X 8.5M) surrounded by its secure terrace of 180M², will welcome you from May to September. An asphalt surrounding the house will allow the youngest to cycle in complete safety. Two metal football goals, a badminton net and a large pebble car park adjacent to the field will allow sportsmen and petanque lovers to spend long hours in peace.
For outdoor meals, you will have at your disposal a permanent barbecue (safety for children), a covered kiosk and a 60M² dining/game room where there is a table, fitted kitchen, fireplace as well as a billiard table and a pinball machine.
Adjoining this room, a locked garage is equipped with a latest generation 22KW charging station for electric vehicles.
Concerning the house itself, you will have on the ground floor an entrance opening on the one hand to a living room equipped with games, tv, dvd, hifi connectable via Bluetooth, and on the other hand to a fitted and equipped kitchen (LV, refrigerator, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, coffee machine with coffee grinder provided.....), open kitchen with a table that can accommodate 14 people bathed in the softness of its modern fireplace. Also available on the ground floor is a bathroom with jet shower, and a toilet. All on an area of 80m².
A computer station equipped with a computer (MAC) will give you access to the internet and allow you to check your email.
A veranda will also welcome you with its table to share a moment of conviviality open to the outside.
You will find on the ground floor three bedrooms, a shower room (private) and a bathroom, wc:
bedroom one: a 160 bed
bedroom two: a 160 bed and a 90 bed
bedroom three: a 160 bed and a 90 cm bed with private shower room and work desk.

The second floor will be dedicated to children and friends of all ages with:

In the basement a professional washing machine and dryer as well as a freezer are at your disposal.

Heating is provided by central heating for the majority, except for the second floor, electric heating.
Beds are made on arrival (duvet sets).
Towels are provided.
Wood for the fireplace is provided.
The basics (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) are present.
The whole house and the large garden are yours (it is enclosed, secure).
Possibility to put cars on the large adjoining private parking (700M²). Contact us for additional service for prestige vehicles (possibility of secure indoor garage).
Arrival from 4 p.m. departure before 11 a.m., unless previously agreed.
Two nights rental minimum.
