The home offers three sleeping areas designed for comfort, flexibility, and privacy across two floors.

Primary Suite (1st Floor): A spacious 12' x 24' retreat with a king bed and full-size futon, ideal for parents with a young child or guests who want extra room to unwind. Includes a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom Two (1st Floor): A queen bed and futon with quick access to the kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor kitchen. A great option for couples or teens who want their own space while staying connected to the main living areas.

Loft Bedroom (2nd Floor): A bright, private space with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The staircase has a cozy, tucked feel on the way up. Once inside, the bedroom and bathroom are full height. Teens and shorter adults claim it as their favorite room every time.

Really nice place. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Getting to the beach was very easy. We cooked a lot of meals at the house and having two refrigerators was really great.

Stacey is a high school history teacher and Brian works in corporate finance and we have 4 children from 6 to 14 years old. We love learning more about the world including other people, cultures and history. Family is important to us and we love going on adventures and making memories together.

Why they chose this property

We purchased a place where we could escape from the grind of every day life to relax and make memories with our children near the beach. The tropical vibe, the tree house in a mango tree, and the close distance to the beach remind us that we can relax, turn off our phones, and enjoy the beauty of Florida. And while we love our time here, when we are not here, we would love for this place to give other families a place to escape to and make memories with their own families.

What makes this property unique

Our kids absolutely love the large heated pool surrounded by a small stream and lots of palm trees. The kids enjoy seeing the lizards run around by the stream and around the rest of the backyard. It definitely reminds you that you are in the sunshine state. The kids have made great memories helping pick fresh mangos from the treehouse in the summer.

Away from the house, we love visiting the Cortez beach (only 3 miles away)! We have a wagon, cooler, chairs, beach towels, and a large beach umbrella you can use to have a wonderful day at the beach. Near Cortez beach the kids love to get souvenirs along Bridge Street and we like stopping at the various restaurants nearby with live music at night.
