This condo is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, and you are booking DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNERS — a small family of three. There are no middleman or broker fees, and no being placed into a unit the host has never stayed in or does not personally maintain.

We personally stay in and care for all of our properties. All of our condos are well maintained, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas, including this beachfront condo located next to world-famous Pineapple Willy’s in Panama City Beach, Florida.
We also have properties in Panama City Beach, Destin, Navarre, Florida, and Gatlinburg, Tennessee, all viewable on our website or by clicking the host photo at the bottom of this page.

You are viewing one of the best and rarest combinations at Shores of Panama — a low-floor, inner-corner beachfront unit with both east and west views of the beach. Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and full pool views, something many units at Shores do not offer. This condo also includes two deeded parking spaces: one on the ground level (the only oversized parking level) and one on the third floor, which is the same level as the condo. No circling for parking and no elevator waits. There are stairs located next to the unit leading directly to the beach and pool, as well as stairs from the garage. You can park and walk straight to the condo, making this unit rare and in very high demand.

Shores of Panama is one of the most well-known resorts in Panama City Beach. It is located steps from Pineapple Willy’s, and Walmart is directly across the street for groceries and essentials. Nearby attractions include Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, multiple mini-golf courses, go-kart tracks, and many restaurants offering dine-in, carry-out, and drive-through options.

This unit offers some of the most impressive views in Panama City Beach. As a corner unit on the 3rd floor, you can relax comfortably while still enjoying wide views of the beach, Gulf, and pool area. All of our units are corner units because we believe it is important to fully enjoy your surroundings. Whether sitting on the couch, dining table, or balcony, watching the sunset or taking in the scenery is part of the experience.

We offer shorter stays to help guests with smaller budgets, but reservations must either connect directly to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We do not allow 1- or 2-night standalone bookings. If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot leave unusable gaps between bookings. Please review your dates carefully before booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Resort Fee:
Shores of Panama charges a $100 resort fee, payable directly to the resort. Online pre-registration is required for parking passes and resort wristbands.

Construction Notice:
Shores of Panama will be undergoing construction from Fall 2025 through Spring 2026. Construction noise may be present at times, and the balcony may be temporarily closed and inaccessible during portions of this period.

This condo is in a great location! We had 2 parking spots which were great for our family of 7 traveling! We had ages 11 months to 63 in our party! The condo was stacked with pool toys, beach stroller, beach chairs, baby items and a pack and play!The condo was gorgeous and clean! We loved the beds! Very comfortable! We actually got to meet one of the owners and she was so sweet and kind!Additionally, the balcony is overlooking Pineapple Willie’s which became my little girls favorite! Great pool! We loved our stay and the memories made!

Nice unit… the parking spaces were a big bonus! We rarely needed the elevator! The umbrella stroller also was a hit.The couch really needs to be replaced Could use hangers in closets The crowd that gathered at night outside the window will eventually hurt rentals for families . Overall great week and unit. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions .

Great stay!

Stayed here for a baseball World Series. Loved having the reserved parking spots and not having to fight the elevators. The parking garage is tight and it’s a little hike to the room from the parking garage. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Location was great- easy access to the ballpark, Walmart, restaurants, etc. The beach was beautiful!! It was so nice to see the beach and pool from the balcony. Overall, it was a wonderful trip!

We had a fabulous week at PCB! The location was awesome and the views from the condo were beautiful! The condo was nice and cool after a long day in the sun. Make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies…dish soap, counter cleaner, scrub brush, laundry detergent, etc. Also, bring beach towels. It was nice to be able to rent beach chairs down on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo Views Incredible 3rd Floor Access Phenomenal

The resort is amazing but the condo was even more so. We walked straight down the stairs beside the condo door to the beach or pool in 30 seconds, never needed a elevator. Could sit on couch and watch the waves break and hear them at night sleeping. Lots of activities for kids and teens as well as great food and drinks on site and next door at Pineapple Willy's. GREAT TIME WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!!

We had a great time! Condo was very nice and clean! The view was worth every penny! Loved the nice furniture on porch and the wrap around porch! Bed was comfy and loved the bedding! Location, Location, Location

The views are breathtaking. There was ample room for 2 adults and 2 children (our party size decreased last minute). The room with the bunk beds is a little tight but can accommodate three children (with a pull-out trundle) if necessary. We slept very well in the king sized bed. Having parking on the same floor of the condo is worth its weight in gold to not have to wait for an elevator every time. The location next to the pool was very convenient and was not too loud (as I had worried it might be). Highly recommend this condo and host.

Great location with great views

We traveled with a group of 15 people to this resort and all stayed in different condos located on the property. This condo looked like the pictures that were posted and was clean. Location of the room was perfect for taking the stairs up and down to the pool and not having to wait for elevators. Since the room was located on the corner of the building it had a good view of the ocean and pool. The location of the reserved parking spot on the third floor was also convenient since I was traveling with small children. Security at the property was everywhere and checked to make sure anyone entering the building or pool area had a wristband on and were guests at the resort. I was happy about this since the resort is located next to Pineapple Willy’s and it draws in crowds and there are people everywhere. Overall stay at this resort and condo was great and I would stay here again.

The views are really great and it’s the best you’re going to get at Shores of Panama in terms of convenience to the beach or pool. The condo is exactly as advertised. The parking spots, especially the one on 3rd, are a life saver. Wouldn’t stay here if I had to use the elevators. Wait is long for those. Had zero problems with the condo, it was comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The owners communicate well and are helpful. The Shores of Panama is a giant place. There are a ton of people here. Had live music two of the nights we were here that we could listen to from the balcony. Kids loved the pool. Banana bushwhacked were very good at the tiki hut. Walked to Pineapple Willys a few times for food and drinks. This condo is in the center of it all.

Great location and has all the amenities you need

We had a great stay in the unit. Conveniently located on the third floor with easy access to parking on same floor. We have stayed in this property on floor 17 and 7. The hosts replied immediately when we had a complication with the tv. The hosts include everything you would need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is a laid out a little inconveniently but did not affect us. My only complaint is that the master bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I both felt like we were sleeping on the floor and woke up stiff and sore from the extra firm mattress. The only other issue is the bunk bed being too close to the light fixture. I would not let my 6 year old sleep on the top bunk which is where he always wants to be as i felt it was too dangerous. Not sure how this meets code. Overall our stay was excellent.

Perfect location and nice unit!

This unit was wonderful; right on the beach, gorgeous views, only 3 floors up, so easy access. Overall the furniture/paint/kitchen counters/fans were very nice and updated. There were some issues with the unit: broken closet doors and cabinet handles, very dusty light fixtures, dirty/worn bathroom floors. Nikki was super responsive and is working to correct these issues, which will make the condo top-notch! I gave it 5 stars instead of 4 bc Nikki seemed very sincere and anxious to polish everything up. The check-in counter had a “be back in 15” minutes sign, with no one around, when we arrived. It was a long 40 minute wait before someone showed up so we could get our parking pass and armbands. Also, there should be a discount of at least 50% on the armbands during off-season, as the gorgeous outdoor pool is not heated and un-swimmable. The indoor pool air is heavily chlorinated and extremely humid. The hot tub jets were not working, but thankfully, the water was nice and warm.

Best beach location! Amazing unit! Best stay at PCB ever

Reservations and check-in handled electronically. Upon arrival, condo was SPOTLESS- clean, as depicted with exception of 2 queen beds instead of bunks and a trundle. All appliances were new-condo in great shape-looks brand new. Linens and bedding clean and great quality. We stayed 4 nights 5 days and there was plenty of linens (towels and bedding) for all 7 adults for the entire length of our stay. The resort itself was packed (holiday weekend) but the unit is so well insulated we heard no noise inside the room. The view alone is worth the stay. Oceanside 3rd floor- just a few quick steps to the pool area and/or beach. Literally right next door to Pineapple Willys. We had a few minor hiccups which the owners quickly responded to and resolved. We will def reserve this unit again for future PCB vacas. Bring beach towels, sunblock and basics (TP, paper towels and couple garbage bags). Everything else you need is there. Fabulous location-seriously. We sat on the balcony and people-watched the resort pool (fabulous), listened to live music, and watched the sun set. For foodies- Hunts is a local recommendation- oysters and crab legs- delicious! Cheesy grits and their smoked tuna dip is the best! Entertainment- Ms Newbys and Newbys on the curve can’t be beat. $5 hunch punch is great ! You will not regret renting here!

BEST UNIT WE'VE STAYED IN AT SHORES LOVE THE LOWER FLOOR EASY POOL/BEACH ACCESS AND EVENING SUNSETS

REALLY CANNOT BEAT THIS UNIT. PARKING AS SOON AS YOU PULL IN THE GARAGE AND 3RD FLOOR. WRAP AROUND BALCONY TO TAKE IN VIEWS OF BEACH, POOL AND SUNSETS. JUST AS ADVERTISED, NEVER NEEDED AN ELEVATOR WHICH WAS BEST PART OF ALL!!! KIDS COULD PLAY ON BEACH AND POOL AND COULD WATCH THEM FROM INSIDE OR ON THE BALCONY IF WANTED TO STAY IN AND RELAX.
