The Property
The "Les Clématites" villa is located less than a 5-minute walk from the main shops and the beautiful Sainte Marie beach.
This bright home is the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends.

With a maximum capacity of 8 people, the home is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- a large 50 m² living area featuring:
a living room area equipped with a TV, and 2 sofas
a dining area with a large table for 8 people
a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop,
refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster)
- 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and large closets
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a large closet
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and a large closet
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet

The beds are equipped with high-end bedding, including mattress and pillow protectors.

Bedding and towels are provided free of charge. The beds are made upon your arrival.

A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with a ceiling heating and cooling system, depending on the season.

Outside, a tropical hardwood deck with a bioclimatic pergola, outdoor furniture, and lounge chairs will allow you to enjoy the pool, which is secured by a cover.

At the front of the house is a barbecue area with a plancha grill.

The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board.

Parking for 1 car on the property and free parking spaces off-site.

The “Les Clématites” villa is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beach, explore our beautiful region (less than 20 minutes from Perpignan, Collioure, St. Cyprien, Le Barcarès, etc.), go hiking (Carança Gorges, Coastal Trail), and why not hop aboard the famous Little Yellow Train for a ride through the Catalan Pyrenees?

Available for rent for 4 people outside of school breaks, long weekends, and holidays, subject to availability.

LET’S BE CONSIDERATE: Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM. No parties will be permitted on the property.
We reserve the right to forfeit the security deposit in the event of disruptive behaviour or property damage.
Guest Access
When staying at the “Les Clématites” villa, you will have access to all areas of the property except for the fifth bedroom, which is reserved for the owners, and the heating utility room.
Additional Notes
We place great importance on the cleanliness of the property; a thorough cleaning and rigorous disinfection of the bathrooms are performed between each rental period.

Check-in: by appointment between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Check-out: by appointment between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

An inventory will be conducted upon arrival and departure.
