The house is located in a very quiet location, in the heart of the pine trees, while being less than 10 minutes walk from the historic city centre.

The villa, at the top of a family condominium, is located on a pine forest plot of 2500 m2 facing south-east and dominates the small valley of the Torse with an unobstructed view of the Aix countryside (from the bottom of the garden we can see let's find our Sainte Victoire mountain so dear to Paul Cézanne).
A pool-type swimming pool will allow you to cool off throughout your stay (4m x 2.5m; depth 1.20m max with 1m beach).

In 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the beautiful market of Aix en Provence on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings; the historic centre of the old town, its buildings, shops, museums, theatres and Cours Mirabeau make our town a privileged place to stroll, learn and spend a beautiful holiday.

The Provençal-style house is built of traditional materials. It stays cool in the summer and is equipped with air conditioning upstairs.
It has large volumes (approx. 160m2), a large living room / dining room of 66 m2, an open kitchen of 12 m², 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including 1 master suite, an additional bathroom with toilet and bathtub as well as all the comforts in audio-visual, internet and appliances.

The house offers an outdoor terrace shaded by a pergola lined with vines but also a plancha and barbecue area.
The garden, installed under the pine trees, will allow you to relax or to offer a game of pétanque.
