Great stay in Penn Valley

In town visiting family and Karl’s place was perfect. It is as advertised and quite large. It has plenty of space for family meals. The outdoor area in back is also very nice. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect comfy house for family

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for our week long holiday. Karl was very attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home

Great place to stay. Super easy check in process. Homeowner was very clear and communicative. Great backyard too! Definitely recommend staying here and hope to use this place again in the future.

Very cool house with a lot of amenities. Not a very family friendly house based on some of the artwork and books on display. Pictures probably need to be updated based on recent changes. Seemed like the house was a work in progress based on painters tape in the bedrooms and other construction materials in the backyard. Camera on computer in guest bedroom should probably be removed too. Otherwise, nice and quiet location and very spacious.

My name is Karl and I bought this new house in 2020. I built a huge pergola in the expansive back yard, where folks can enjoy dinner in the evening.

Why they chose this property

I love the area around the Yuba river and have come up to this area a number of times over the years. This property is located in a secluded cul de sac and was only built in 2020. It has a large Smart TV, entertainment system and Alexa commands for a lot of the functions such as blinds, lights, music etc.. It sits on 2 acres and has a large back yard for kids to play as well as a new BBQ to grill on.

What makes this property unique

Quiet at the back of a cul de sac. It's two mins walk to the dog park and the leisure park behind the house. It's only 10 mins to Grass Valley and 12 Mins to Nevada City. It's also 15 mins to the beautiful Yuba River.
There are restaurants only a 5 minute drive and the Nevada County Fairgrounds 12 mins away.
