Overall the property was adequate. It seemed clean but when I had to look under the sofa and love seat it obviously had not been cleaned. If I have to pay a substantial cleaning fee then I expect the property to be spotless when I get there. Lighting was terrible. No reading lamps in living room. Lamps in one bedroom were 25 watt bulbs, not good for elderly readers. The other bedroom had the only good lamp for reading. Dining room lighting was poor and the wiring was confusing. I had to email host to get instructions to turn the light on. Property seems to be under renovation. Suggest a cheaper rate until that has been completed. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms spacious.

Thank you Phil for your review. From the time you requested to book up until your stay, you were demanding. From allowing you an early check-in to NOT charging you for your unauthorized pet that you brought into my home a thank you would be sufficient. It is common for anyone to be confused about the lighting in a home they’re unfamiliar with, but it doesn’t equate to it being under renovation. LED lighting is used in all of the bedroom with lamps. I apologize that wasn’t bright enough for you. I’ll ensure my cleaner pays more attention to detail referencing underneath the couch.

Family Beach Trip

We loved the place. Tanika was a great host and always answered my questions and believe me i had alot being it was first time there LOL. Their home was just what we needed and my 4yr old grandson loved setting on the porch area every morning watching the squirrels. The home was a perfect location to the beach. I give her home a 👍up and would stay there again. Thank you again. We had a great time.
