Excellent ! Tout est pensé : il y a de l'espace et tout est équipé. Jolie vue sur la montagne et la cathédrale. Grand balcon fermé en enfilade qui longe tout l'étage rien que pour soi. 2 salles de bain et 3 chambres permettant à chacun d'avoir son intimité. Intermarché à 10 min et Vieux Annecy à 30 min à pied. Parking inclus.Visite d'Annecy à faire en plusieurs jours et possibilité de se baigner au lac des Marquisats (plage la plus proche). Nous en avons profité pour visiter le Mont Salève puis Chambéry.Super séjour ! Merci à la propriétaire qui est très gentille.Seule remarque : peut-être renouveler quelques casseroles/poêles un peu usées et réparer le store dans la cuisine (il y fait chaud) mais je pinaille.

L’hôte est plus que accueillante et chaleureuse , elle explique tout , prend le temps , reste disponible en cas de questions , ou de problématiques. Nous conseillons cette appartement positionné au plus prêt des commodités et à 10 min du vieux Annecy. Vraiment appréciable .

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . L'appartement est très bien situé tout est possible à faire a pied le plus un garage pour la voiture, l'appartement est très bien équipe, nous n'avons manque de rien. La propriétaire est très accueillante et à l'écoute, très réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande sans hésitation.
