The bed was comfortable but its an older hotel. The smoke smell is pretty awful throughout the entire property including the areas where the rooms are. It was very affordable so it was appropriate for the quality. The front desk was amazingly slow and inefficient which was beyond frustrating anytime you needed anything it qas over a 30 minute wait in line.
The suite with connected rooms was a perfect setup for our work conference. The location was great, easy access to much of the strip. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
The room is newly renovated. Has a nice walk in shower with great pressure. They offer in room dining we took advantage of that. We enjoyed our stay at Bally’s mainly because it is right on the strip.
I've been to Vegas several times and this was by far the best place ever. It is right across from Belllagio and very centrally located. The rooms are clean & beautiful. It is part of Ballys soo you will park in the Ballys lot. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Vegas is still on mask lock down but they were very nice and offered us masks if we forgot. I would NEVER stay anywhere else!! Thank's guys ❤❤
No suite available ! redirected to 2 standard rooms Reception awful ..! Not what i booked .. A compensation of 100 usd does not cover the deception

Overall experience was excellent. We’re literally in paris hotel. Beautiful spot in the strip. Amazing staff, very friendly and courteous. Only down fall for me was No microwave in the room to heat up my left over food I bought in restaurant. I hope they would have one. But everything else are great. Definitely will go back again. Thank you.

Great location
Great location and value for Center Strip experience, and double suite was perfect for this family with 3 teenagers. Only problem was getting details about parking. We didn’t know what to do with the car while waiting for long line to check in (I asked but only got automated response without details that you can apparently go to the self-parking garage without a room key) and then we were double-charged on check-out (I called and emailed the resort, told we would get refund, but that hasn’t landed yet). Overall great property, just needing clarification on how parking works!
We needed a double room in a good location at a reasonable price. Vegas is just so expensive these days, so even at the rate I paid for this place, it was one of the least expensive and has plenty of space! Exactly as pictured, and clean. Only issue is the while the listing says “guaranteed connecting rooms” I still had to check in at the front desk and there was a disclaimer that they might not be able to give me connecting rooms - so that caused a little worry. But ultimately, our rooms were adjoining and the location worked out just perfectly!

Check in experience was terrible and parking garage was difficult to access. Things in the room or broken, like the shades, and did not like the shower either. Will not stay here again.

My wife went in to check in and was refused by staff to check in. I talked while still on the road saying it was okay for her to check in. Still they refused so my wife and my 91 year old mother-in-law with full demensia had to stay in a noisy crowded lobby for over an hour until I arrived. We will never stay in any of their hotels again
This is a Ballys hotel.. best location on the strip, wonderful room very clean. Large room with fridge. The king room had a table so we could play cards. We parked in the Ballys/Paris parking garage. You will need to pay for parking in the hotel right before entering the parking garage. Scan your room key instead of credit card as you are charged for parking in the hotel. I wish that was communicated to us as we paid for parking twice. Otherwise it was excellent and we will DEFINITELY be back!!

Interesting stay
Overall the hotel room was clean! The check in process was very delayed and we never received the room we originally booked. The lobby was incredibly smokey so we spent as little time there as possible. Saturday morning the elevators were not working for the entire day. It was a disaster and taking the stairs was an experience I will never forget! (Not in a good way at all!)
The management tried to be helpful but I will never stay there again!

Nearly 2hr wait for check in as express did not work. No offer of any reconciliation (late checkout would have been nice after waiting till after midnight to get my room key). No guest rate for parking. Empty mini bar and vending machine took money and would not vend, "goto the front desk" when enquired. 4 star? What a joke.

Found someone else’s underwear under the bench at the end of the bed. Walls had dirty drip marks. Only 2 WiFi passwords per room but there were 5 of us and I had to connect my laptop for work. Spacious though and a great desk for working if I could get internet ($15/day after paying resort for over $40/ day x 2 rooms seemed excessive- roaming charges on our phone data were less).

Nice Rooms, but…they smell
We checked into our room and even paid extra to check in early. We got up to our two rooms connecting suites and immediately when we walked in the door, we hit with the smell of marijuana. It was like somebody had just finished smoking two minutes before we walked in. So we went back downstairs to get a different room. However, to get into a different room that didn’t smell according to them it took over two hours. And when we got in our two new rooms, one smelled vine the other one had a really strong odor of cigarettes. I went to the little convenience shop in the lobby. Got some disinfectant Lysol spray myself, and sprayed the room down to make it tolerable.
We thought we had purchased a condo with a kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms that worked for 4 guys. We arrived to find we had one hotel room with a single bed. after much arguing we were offered a second room on another floor for an upcharge. We will not use VRBO as our go to service. Accommodations were misrepresentated and we were stuck.

Great location, the check in process was slower than expected
Rooms are large, property was conveniently located on the strip. Parking is an issue as the only parking is away from the check in. We had two reservations for adjoining rooms. One room was adjoining, but the other room was not. The other family we traveled with were split between two floors so not great for children. Overall experience was nice, and the rooms were larger and clean.
Bally's is one of the original strip's casinos and thus is centrally located on the strip with its own Monorail access which is great. This suite worked well for our family, as well. Lots of room for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. It was spacious and clean. The host's communication was excellent, as well.
Our one disappointment was that there was no coffeemaker in the room. No microwave either. Although the microwave was not listed on the listing's amenities, the coffeemaker was:
"And in the morning, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee without even having to step out, courtesy of your in-room coffeemaker."
Even though this may be a small item for many, for us it is not. Since this was listed in the property's amenities we were expecting it, which made the disappointment worse. If it hadn't been listed, I may have chosen another property.
With this miscommunication and the age of the property (although kept up and clean), and the somewhat underwhelming pool area (for Vegas that is), I have to rate this property as a 4. If you look at my other reviews, I'm a firm believer in 5 Star Reviews when warranted to properly support businesses, so this 4 Star Review is a hard one for me.
Great location in the middle of the strip. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only issue was mainly in the king room, the noise from the road is very loud when trying to sleep
