The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), at the foot of Mont Avignon, a 10-minute walk from the city center. It offers a bright, panoramic view of the city, a quiet neighborhood and building, and the practical and welcoming comfort of a recent renovation.
Saint-Claude is dotted with mountains and waterfalls. Hiking trails are within easy reach.
The Jura Mountains, lakes (Vouglans, etc.), and the Hérisson waterfalls are less than 45 minutes away.
I'm a native of the city and will give you the keys.

Wir kamen in eine wunderschöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon (mit Tisch und Stühlen drauf).Der Besitzer war während der Anreise sehr gut zu erreichen und wartete schon vor der Haustür auf uns.Es nahm sich Zeit, um uns die Wohnung und die Ausstattung zu zeigen. Von einer kleinen Hausapotheke mit Pflastern, Föhn, diversen Kaffeemaschinen bis zur Waschmaschine war an alles gedacht. Der Vermieter wohnt selber im Haus und ansprechbar.Familienfreundlich, man könnte mit bis zu 4 Kindern alle gut unterbringen.Man wohnt in einer ruhigen Wohn-Straße mit wunderschönem Blick über die Stadt.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind in St. Claude vorhanden. Wie haben tolle Ausflüge auf den Col de la Faucille, zu den Höhlen von Cerdon, nach Annecy, nach Genf, zum Lac du Nantua unternomnen. Es sind in direkter Nähe wunderschöne Wanderung möglich (diverse Cascades, Aussichtspunkte).Parken ist direkt in der Straße vorm Haus problemlos möglich, es gab immer freie Plätze.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön. Eine tolle Aussicht wird geboten. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Der Ort ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Viele schöne Wanderungen können ohne Einsatz des Autos gemacht werden.

Sehr große Wohnung und sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte nichts. Balkon mit super Aussicht. Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Check-in somit problemlos, unkompliziert und sympathisch.
