Enjoy our barndominium secludedly located on 400 acres!! Our barn apartment is completely furnished with a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and living areas. Bring the whole family and enjoy two bass fishing ponds, pedal boating, tents, campfires, beautiful sunsets, grazing cattle and most importantly the peace and quiet of the country life. Bring your bikes, pets and friends!! We have fire pits, bbq pits, gas grills and smokers. Splashway is just 20 minutes away or go into town and enjoy our newly built splash pad. Sleeps 6, king size bed, futon/sofa bed and trundle beds. We also have the the perfect spot for your travel trailer or rv!! We have accommodations for all you fishermen and hunters out there!!

Perfect getaway

Wife and I stayed for a weekend to attend a wedding nearby. Location was great and peaceful. Folks working the ranch were friendly. Caught a few bass in one of the nearby ponds. We enjoyed it very much!

Better than expected

What an adorable rental. It is back in the country which was exactly what we were looking for, but only a short 15 min or so drive to a little town. The neighbors are cattle and they greeted us when we arrived! As the owners tell you, it is a small apartment inside of a barn and that is what it is, but with all of the same amenities that you would expect in any VRBO rental. There is a pond just off the back of the barn and my husband caught several fish (one was 13" long!). The beds are all upstairs so you can put the children down to bed and sit downstairs to read or play cards. We will be back.

Great location! Close to our venue and town! Host answered questions in a timely manner and was very helpful! Enjoyed to animals around the cattle farm and all the deer running around.. Would definitely stay there again!!

I was looking for a place to spend my birthday weekend away from the hustle, bustle, and busyness of my life in the city. With my two dogs, of course! This was the perfect choice! The views are great, the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular, the dogs LOVED having a large pasture between two cattle guards to run around off leash!!

Perfect place to relax

The views are incredible- from the sunset to the sunrise. Beds were comfortable and bedroom cool enough to make sleeping easy. Owner was easy to communicate with. Quick and easy drive to Splashway!

Perfect location for country folks!

The property was incredibly nice and peaceful. The scenery was stunning! The owners had everything we needed and more in the kitchen, the bathroom, and bedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in the area we will try to book again!
