Owner of this beautiful seaside Loft, Mariana and her Husband Mario, purchased this property in the 70’s. Mario was born in the village of Sumartin and after immigrating to Canada and meeting his love Mariana, they always planned to move back and retire in Croatia. Years of building a westernized home with hard work, a vision, friends and family that worked alongside Mario a skilled residential builder – now their dreams came to be true. Mariana’s passion is her garden, filled with fragrant fruit and olive tree’s that you can view from your terrace.
