This 2 Bed, 1 Bath condo comes fully furnished and with a location that can't be beat. Spacious floor plan with lots of natural light from a large sliding door/ window in the living area. Just a few steps to the private access to the beautiful sandy beach, a perfect place to start or end your day either having a cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine after a day spent playing in the surf n' sun. Amenities include a heated community solar-heated pool, gated beach access, clubhouse/rec room, BBQ area, tennis courts, bocce court, and much more.

Perfect location

Very comfortable and clean! Has everything you will need and more. Julia is great if you need anything. The location is just perfect, just a few steps from the beach, and also right in the middle of everything. We’ve been coming to Cocoa Beach for 10 years and this was one of the best stays yet! Will definitely book again! Thanks so much!
