Welcome to The Max!
A comfortable three bedroom, family friendly home that boasts a high-tech modern flare with board games, screened in lanai, propane grill, and refreshing pool!

Located in the lower South East part of "the Cape", an area sought after because of the close proximity to everything, but yet low key and private.

Only a short drive to the Cape Coral Yacht Club & Beach, where you will often see dolphins, and enjoy the sunset. Also nearby is FT Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our month at The Max. Owners always responded quickly. Maintenance man (Freddie) was really helpful and friendly. The house was very comfortable and nicely arranged and the master suite was awesome. The pool was clean and warm. We even had room for visitors and they were very cozy.

Cape Coral Stay

The house had a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Great for taking walks. Nice pool. Would have been nicer if pool enclosure was repaired. Had a few problems but we called the amazing property manager Fred and he took care of every thing. He checked in to make sure things were good. Very nice vacation.

Nice home

Very nice interior with many additional items available, that we haven't had in other VRBO rentals. Still has damage from hurricane that needs to be done. Roof still has blue tarp on it and lanai screening badly torn. Otherwise it was a very nice experience.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. So sorry that we could not have the lanai and roof fixed yet since Hurricane Ian devastated Cape Coral. We are on track to have that repaired very soon.

Beautiful Home

My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our Host Jason was wonderful and always responded quickly if we had any questions. The home was beautiful, the neighborhood was very peaceful and we were in short distances to many restaurants and other stores and places. We highly recommend this home. Our only suggestion is regarding Jason's property manager, Freddie, he is a bit over the top and did pop in unannounced a few times; 3 times in one week. Jason did handle this. I believe Freddie means well but needs to remember to make contact when visiting. Again we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
