The Space:

Falling Leaf Lodge is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 Full, and 2 1/2 bath cabin that’s perfect for small families or couples who want the comforts of home in a refreshing cabin setting. With space for 6 adults and 2-3 children, Falling Leaf Lodge offers amenities for anyone you bring.

Nestled within the oak trees and relatively private, Falling Leaf Lodge’s exterior includes a covered hot tub, a fire pit, a half wrap-around deck, a picnic table for outdoor dining, a covered comfy outdoor couch, and a manicured trail to a flowing stream. If you spend a little time outside, you will see deer in the evenings and early mornings and other wildlife.



Inside, there’s a jacuzzi-style bath in the main floor master bath and ROKU Smart TVs in the bedrooms with Streaming APPs for streaming Live TV. The cabin features a full kitchen, a large screen LED SMART TV in the living area, and a large stone wood-burning fireplace as a central feature for the living room with beautiful hand-crafted mountain laurel banisters and high ceilings with LOTS of natural light!



Three beautiful king log bedrooms one on each floor make it great for everyone to have their own space!

The downstairs game room has a foosball, pool table, game system, and sauna, or watch a game on the large TV and living room area. The game room area also includes a full and twin bunk bed set with a TV for gaming and movies.

Minimum Age for Rental: 25 Years Old

DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste
