On the main floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, mini coffee/drink bar and private back patio. Loaded with all the luxuries, this is the ultimate getaway for you and your family or friends! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 guests and comes with modern conveniences such as unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, HD Smart TV, cable TV, washer & dryer, and more! This home has been renovated to the highest quality and includes interior features such as barn board accents, granite countertops and a beautiful stone/barn board fireplace mantel.
Kitchen: This modern sleek kitchen offers all the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining. The open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are centered with access to the back patio with a BBQ and muskoka chairs. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need including all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools. A mini coffee and wine bar is across from the kitchen for your convenience. A wooden table in the dining area will provide plenty of seating for your group while dining and enjoying the company of loved ones. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings!
Living room: You will love the modern-chalet appearance of this freshly styled living room. Surrounded by beautiful aesthetics such as the stunning gas fireplace, comfortable seating, large windows, and a spacious feel. It’s yours to put your feet up and enjoy, with all the comforts and relaxation of home. The couch easily pulls out to a Queen bed if needed. Enjoy watching TV on your nights in or take a quick walk over to the village to enjoy shopping or dining at many of the wonderful local restaurants & shops.
Bedrooms: This home has 2 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite. The second bedroom has a one Queen and one Single-over-Double Bunk bed. The living room pull-out couch turns into a Queen bed for additional sleeping arrangements. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay! 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

The host was great will arrived early and they let us check in early it was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked. I will definitely book this unit again. To be able to ski in and ski out was perfect

Arrived at location at 1am only to learn the lock box code provided was inaccurate and we were unable to access the property. Unable to get in contact with property owner/management. Received "correct" information the following day and arrived to property, this time lock box code was correct but door code to actual residence was wrong again...needless to say the relaxing morning prior to my best friends wedding was anything but relaxing. Money returned for the night we didn't but no other compensation or phone call returned to discuss the other concerns. People pay "extra" for places other than hotels for a reason...not sure why I did in this situation.

We’ve used the experience of welcoming thousands of guests to the Blue Mountain area to develop a system of checks and balances intended to prevent situations such as this from happening. In this case, we completed a thorough review of our processes and we have since implemented several corrective actions to ensure this does not happen to any future Guests. These actions include providing 24 hour Contact Center coverage to our Guests and replacing the faulty door lock that caused the code issue. In addition to our Team meeting with you the next day to provide compensation, we have since sent you a message to ensure your next visit to the Blue Mountains is a memorable one. Thank you
Can’t fault the unit or the service. Slight issue with our remote entry code but that was sorted quickly enough. Unit was clean, bright and had all the conveniences you would need… even a coffee machine with pods! Thank you again.
