“The Gulf Spot“is a romantic getaway for an exceptional vacation with the family. This is full beachfront view for a reasonable price. Fall asleep with the sounds of the waves in your ears!

For a larger group, please get in touch with the owner to book the other unit in the same condo at the same time.

Escape to the North Redington Beach with this beachfront, remodeled condo! You can watch the sunset from your bedroom every night. You have full access to water sports, cafes, and restaurants and within close proximity to Clearwater beach which is rated the best in the world and city life in Tampa.

You have access to water sports, cafes, & restaurants and within close proximity to Clearwater beach, rated the best!!! Gym located directly across the street with weekly membership available.

Try biking on the Pinellas Trail. There is a bike shop where you can rent bikes/helmets called Trail Sport Bicycles. The store is about 5-10 minutes from the condo and then the trail is very close to the shop.

The Condo has one bedroom with a King-size bed (Bathrooms access only thru bedroom) and full-size bed in the pullout sofa. The unit can only sleep max 4 guests. The fully equipped remodeled kitchen has everything you'll need to treat yourself to delicious home-cooked meals when you don't feel like eating out. This unit is located on second floor with outdoor seating for viewing the ocean (no elevator). The buildings lush tropical landscaping, shuffleboard court, outdoor seating on the patio which has ocean view is truly breathtaking. From this unit, you are literally…STEPS to the beach. This rental has all the elements of a relaxing vacation just waiting to happen.

The unit was completely remodeled in 2021 from top to bottom. Renovations include new flooring throughout, kitchen (cabinets/backsplash/counter tops/new appliances), crown molding, ceilings and doors. The star update is the remodeled bath with spa shower that has a rain shower head. A brand-new air-conditioning and heating split system was added in 2026!

Wi-Fi, Cable and parking spot included. We provided a set of towels (including hand towels and wash cloths), 4 beach towels and linens for both beds (King and Full sets), 2 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. You'll love the beach views from both the living area and bedroom.

Gym located directly across the street with weekly memberships available. The gym is called Beachfront Fitness

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has been nicely updated and was very clean! It is right on the beach and has a great view from every room. The area is great and we really enjoyed that the beach wasn’t crowded. Highly recommend!

Most beautiful view of the beach and ocean from different angles from 5 windows. Beach access is just a few steps away. The place was up to date and very lovely, the bed was comfortable. The owners communicate great and are helpful and quick to respond. Great access to restaurants and all that you need. We had a perfect time and recommend this beautiful place

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. We had a great sleep every night in the very comfortable bed. The property is right on the beach and beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided to help you to enjoy your trip to the beautiful beach. Christopher, the owner, was great to work with and kept in touch prior to and during our stay to make sure everything was good. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance from the property and Christopher provides useful information on these. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and only wish we could have stayed longer on this visit. Duncan & Liz from the UK

Location Location!!! We loved this unit on the Beach! It’s beautifully decorated with updated appliances bathroom has a updated rain shower is the bomb! Our refrigerator even had ice cold bottled water that pretty much lasted the entire week. Plenty of pots and pans everything you need if you wanted to cook. The unit was super clean! Shops and restaurants near by. Perfect place we are definitely coming back! The host Christopher was great! checking in was a breeze!

The property is just what we love. Its a small scale property of 12 rooms and its beautifully landscaped. We truly loved every part of this vacation. The owners were amazing to work with. Incredible Place!

I can't speak highly enough about this rental. I have booked VRBO rentals in many different areas over the years and none have compared to this. Beautiful remodel job, with incredible ocean views.
