Air-conditioned studio of 18m2, atypical, very quiet at the end of a courtyard.
New housing, wooden wall, rather modern, sofa bed in 160, new mattress.
Private terrace of 20m2.
Possibility to park 1 motorcycle in the private courtyard.
The accommodation is 5 minutes walk from the city centre, shops and restaurants.
We are close to the historical monuments of Poitiers, opposite the Sainte Croix museum, the Baptistery St Jean, 200m from the Cathedral... Very close to Futuroscope.

Travellers' access
The 18m2 studio is located in an enclosed courtyard where you can park 1 to 2 motorbikes, bicycles...
You also have a private terrace of about 20m2 at your disposal.

Découverte de Poitiers

La situation de ce petit studio, impeccable, très bien pensé et aménagé, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, la literie neuve et confortable, le calme de l'endroit, sa terrasse privative, l'accueil plus que sympathique et chaleureux des hôtesses, leur disponibilité et leurs bons conseils ont largement participé à la réussite de ce week-end. Ville très riche historiquement, beaucoup de monuments à voir ou visiter ; un environnement souvent bucolique avec la proximité de parcs, jardins et rivières.
