Cozy Cabana ....walk to the beach and St Armand's Circle!

On the side of the cottage you will discover a stairway leading to this recently remodeled one bedroom apartment completely private and independent of the rest of the house.
The fantastic deck has a BBQ grill, table, 2 chairs to enjoy meals, umbrellas and large hammock.
The comfy interior has a full kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The dining area is next to the large sliding doors creating the feeling of being outdoors. Sit and relax in the living area on a fun bean bag or full size couch and watch the 50 inch smart TV.
The bedroom suite has a queen bed with quality linens and full bath with shower. There is also a window air conditioner to keep extra cool.
The beach access is steps away and St Armand's is a quick walk. The location can't be beat. It's the perfect little beach get-away!

Parking is available for up to 3 cars in tandem on the right side of the driveway.

There is also a side yard for the apartment to use if guests ant to be outside at ground level. There is a nice picnic table under shade trees and a horseshoe pit.

Beach towels, rolling cooler and chairs are provided for a day at the beach accessed by the adjacent path. Someone said " it takes less time to walk from the house to the sand than it does to walk from the beginning of the sand to the water"
Yep....you are that close!
The beach access is next to the side yard. Walk out....turn left....cross the street and you are on the sand :)
Cruiser bikes are provided for touring around Lido key!!

If an entire week is not in your vacation schedule please email me.......I can accommodate the nights needed then block the calendar for a total of 7 nights to comply with Lido Beach rules!
