Bright living room with comfortable sofa bed, a trundle bed offering 2 additional sleeping spaces, a large table and its chairs with refined, trendy and warm decor.

Fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker (NESPRESSO) open onto a vast living-dining room bathed in natural light.

Independent bedroom: with high-quality double bed, guaranteeing optimal rest.

Separate bathroom and toilet.



Paid parking in the surrounding streets and paid parking 20 metres away.



Location:

opposite the tram stop "Molière".

ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport nearby (BUS/TRAM).
