Small, cosy chalet "Lani". In the district of Steinmatte 1 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, elevated position. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 90 m steep footpath to the house. Grocery, supermarket 750 m, bakery 300 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1 km. Mountain railway 800 m, ski rental, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 700 m, children's ski school. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.

Chalet Lani abandonné par son propriétaire
Location laissée à l’abandon. Aucun entretien pour garder ce lieu en bon état. Table de salon à 3 pieds, autre table basse défectueuse,rideau de douche sale et trop long trempant au fond de la baignoire, balai dégoûtant, chemin privé menant à la location complètement gelé ( c’est mon mari qui a déposé des plaques en caoutchouc). Quel dommage! Ça pourrait être un lieu extraordinaire!

Zweckmässig ausgestattet; günstige Option für Zermatt
Wir haben sehr gemütliche Tage in Zermatt verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geeignet für drei Familien (je zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) oder zwei Familien mit je zwei Grosseltern. Der 50 m lange Gehweg nach oben bedarf aber einiger Fitness. Alles Gepäck und Lebensmittel müssen nach oben getragen werden.
Alles ist noch im Stil 60-er/70-er Jahre. In Kombination mit IKEA-Möbel, eher auf die günstige Tour. Alles war sauber und die Küche mit Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und...eben auch, alles wie anno dazumal.
