On the island of Brac, in the village of Puntinak, this modern apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional stone house, which is a trademark of this region.

The water is crystal clear and refreshing especially in the hot summer. Thanks to the possibility of spotting the bottom of the sea, it is a paradise for divers. You are also welcome to take a boat or canoe out to sea and view the island idyll from the water, enjoying the contrast of turquoise water, bright beach and green vegetation. There is also a regular ferry from Sumartin to Makarska, which is pulsating with life and finally, the small town is a popular resort. Here you can find historical buildings, opportunities for shopping and many taverns. With this accommodation you will spend your vacation only about 2 km from the town center, where you will find grocery stores, a market, pharmacy, post office, restaurant and cafes, while the sea with beautiful beaches is about 70 m away. There you will find a restaurant with local cuisine, authentic Croatian cuisine and two nice lounge bars / restaurants by the sea.
