Saranac Lake Adirondack Modern Loft-fire pit, river access, 100 acre forest

Modern new loft / studio with fire pit, full kitchen, deck, access to Saranac River and forested trails amidst 100 acres of wooded preserve.

Your stay will be in a cozy fabulous new loft style studio with private entrance. Ideal for 2 adults (and one small child). The unit is open and airy with a private bathroom, bedroom area with full bed and living area with queen futon. All brand new. Bonfire with breathtaking view of McKenzie Mountain, seating & hammock.

Guests will have access to our wooded 100+ acre forested lot and 16+ acre Saranac River lot across the street. Unit is a suite above our garage and will have separate door but will share driveway access. Guests will also have access to the firepit/bonfire area with seating.

Pet owners - please ensure any excessive pet hair is cleaned / vacuumed upon departure to avoid an excessive pet cleaning fee of $150.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unauthorized guests are disallowed in the unit or on the property.
No parking on the footpath to the rental.
