Douceur d'Olive - Maison avec piscine privée
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool and mountain views in the town of Fox-Amphoux. It has a surface area of 34 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,200 m²! Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, TV, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with two twin beds (90×200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (180×200) and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A secure private swimming pool (4x2.5 m) with two benches, one of which is a whirlpool.
The pool can be heated from mid-May to the end of October on request and at an additional cost (€150/week). The pool opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change.
- A beautiful private, fenced garden of 1,200 m².
- A 73 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A communal pétanque court on the estate.
The house is ideally located in Fox-Amphoux, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Tourist sites: The Gorges du Verdon, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Châteaudouble, Sainte-Martin-de-Brômes, and various visits to the most beautiful Provençal villages in the region.
- Sports activities: Very close to lakes, water sports, other sports, and peaceful walks await you.
- Cultural visits: Thoronet Abbey, Moustiers pottery, and more.
