Romantic, quiet location on the Alten Strom - modern and very special Going with the sun ... Apartment designed with attention to detail and furnished to a high standard: flat screen TV, stereo radio / CD, Internet / WLAN and complete kitchenettes (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.). Baltic Sea vacation for connoisseurs: Our "Romantic" apartment is dreamy and romantically located in the roof and offers you a spacious living / dining area with comfortable seating, a separate bedroom with double bed and a small, fine shower room. From the living room with balcony and morning sun you have a wonderful view of the river side with the cruise ships. Ideal for 2 people

The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 (seven) nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between surcharge "M" (up to 2 nights) and "L" (less than 7 nights). Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg. Pick up deposit from us in the office, cot / high chair one-time fee of 7 €, microwave on request, WiFi ______ We would be happy to make you a personal, individual offer. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for long-term stays on request / VAT can be stated. Tourist tax in Warnemünde per day / € full price * HS 2.25 €, reduced 1.50 €, reduced price * NS 1.50 €, reduced 1.00 (HS = high season (May-Sep), NS = low season (Oct-Apr)) * The amount of the spa tax is calculated per night for the duration of your stay. Children up to 16 years do not pay spa tax. The discounts apply to pupils, trainees, students and the severely disabled.
