Welcome to my charming chalet, a haven of peace ideally located just 7 km from Contis Beach and close to all the amenities of the village of Saint Julien en Born. This bohemian-style loft is nestled at the end of a dead-end street, on a 2300 m2 plot, in the heart of a natura 2000 area. The beautiful surrounding oak grove has been preserved, giving the property an authentic forest atmosphere. The tranquility and serenity of this preserved neighborhood are to be scrupulously respected.

Located between the Arcachon Basin and the Basque Country, Contis is a village by the ocean in the Landes region, ideal for relaxing and exploring the Southwest of France.
