- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its calm and unobstructed view over the rooftops of Paris.

For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Oven, Delonghi Expresso coffee machine with beans, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is close to many restaurants and wine bars (5-minute walk).
I especially recommend Baron Rouge and Pure Vin, which are the best.

There's a "Franprix" supermarket 250 m from the building for your daily needs.

The area is also well served by public transport.

## Emplacement
Paris's 12th arrondissement is one of its largest, even before considering the vast Bois de Vincennes. Apart from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs.
The Coulée Verte, or green corridor, located near Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads of Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following an old railroad line that carried goods to the Port d'Arsenal.
