The modern apartment Seeblick offers about 40 m² space for up to 4 people. From the terrace you have a very nice sea view of the Baltic Sea. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in about 2 minutes. The center of Scharbeutz can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage . Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung sauber,aber bei genauerem Hinsehen waren viele Dinge defekt (Duschkabine),schimmelige Ecken,ein sehr dreckiger Staubsauger und das Wäschepaket war für eine Woche zu wenig. Die angrenzende Terrasse (Möbel)war dreckig und ungepflegt Die Vermittlung (Baltic Appartement)ist genervt und unfreundlich. Ich buche seit 9 Jahren in dieser Gegend,aber mit dieser Vermietung das erste und am letzte Mal

Schön, modern und doch ausbaufähig

Anreise mit vier erwachsenen Personen. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und wie beschrieben sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zur Promenade. Es war soweit alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage brauchte. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts hätte jedoch besser sein können. In den Ecken, neben dem Sideboard im Wohnzimmer oder auch neben dem Schlafsofa hingen Spinnenweben plus Bewohner. Die Matratze im Doppelbett und das Bettzeug waren fleckig und stellenweise gelb. Auch die Fellauflagen und die Sofadecke wären besser zeitnah auszutauschen.

Die Schlafsituation mit schmalem Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matratze, das an 2 Wänden steht, ohne 2. Leselampe reduziert den Schlaf. Sonst war alles gut.

Aufenthalt Scharbeutz Wohnung Seeblick

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung in einer guten Lage zum Meer bzw, Strand. Leute, die mit Hunden reisen, müssen ca. 15 min. zum nächsten Hundestrand einplanen, der direkt an der Ostsee Therme ist. Leider haben wir keine Waschmaschine und keinen Trockner vorgefunden, so wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Richtig sauber war die Wohnung leider auch nicht. Der Teppich war leider von den Vierbeinigen Vörgängern beschmutzt vornen. Ansonsten eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung.
