Needs a general renovation

The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .

This property was absolutely disgusting and not well cleaned. It smelled like the room had not been opened in years very musty. The walls had smears all over them, cracked mirrors, hair balls, the fridge and microwave were stained as well as the curtains. I did not feel comfortable sitting anywhere in the room let alone putting my belongings down.

It was run down and if you didn't check in right at 3pm they texted asking if you were still coming and they also texted to see if on checkout you'd be ready on time - they knocked on the door at 8:30 to see if you were checking out - felt pressured about the timing thing - they also had a separate deposit of $100 that wasn't advised ahead of time. It wasn't very welcoming.
