In der Nachsaison angenehm ruhig gelegenes Haus in einer gepflegten Anlage. Wir haben uns hervorragend erholt. Die Treppe ist etwas steil und die Küche sehr klein, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Die Ferienanlage in welcher das Ferienhaus liegt ist wirklich schön angelegt. Gerade Familien mit Kindern werden sich hier wohl fühlen. Die Anreise verlief alles andere als optimal. Der mitgeteilte Zugangscode zur Anlage stimmte nicht, sodass wir zunächst keinen Zugang hatten. Erst durch Hilfe anderer Urlauber kamen wir auf die Anlage. Am nächsten Werktag suchten wir die Rezeption auf. Dort konnte uns geholfen und der richtige Code mitgeteilt werden. Die Größe des Hauses ist für 4 Personen ausreichend. Der kleine eingezäunte Garten ist gemütlich angelegt. Auf die Sauberkeit sollte definitiv zukünftig mehr Augenmerk gelegt werden, sodass anreisende Gäste nicht erst noch staubwischen und Spinnweben entfernen müssen.

Urlaub in Stellendam

Die Ferienanlage ist ruhig gelegen und der Parkplatz vor der Haustür praktisch zum ein-und auspacken. Leider ist die Wohnung nicht sauber. In allen Räumen konnte man einen modrigen Geruch wahrnehmen, Fenster waren nicht geputzt, auf den Gartenmöbel Vogelkot. In der Küche war der Unterschrank der Spüle nass. Der Backofen hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Der Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft. Die Vermieterin hat schnell reagiert und den Missstand im Bad und in der Küche durch Ihren Gärtner beheben lassen (Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt stand das Wasser aber wieder in der Dusche). Die neuen Heizkörper sind im Erdgeschoss vollkommen ausreichend, im Obergeschoss gibt es allerdings keine Heizkörper, so dass das hintere Zimmer nur 15 Grad warm war. Für 4 Erwachsene mit Hund ist das Ferienhäuschen daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Urlaub in Stellendam

Im Haus hat es bei unserer Ankunft unangenehm gerochen, und wir konnten den Grund leider nicht finden. Es blieb somit so bis zu unserer Abreise. Die Küche ist klein, und mit den vielen Geräten bleibt nicht viel Platz zum Kochen. Ansonsten hatten wir für 2 Personen genügend Platz in der Wohnung und im Garten. Die Anlage ist ruhig, gepflegt und mit dem Parkplatz vor der Haustür ist es sehr bequem. Wir buchten das Ferienhaus auch für Ausflügen nach den Haag und Rotterdam, was in knapp einer Stunde mit dem Auto möglich war.

Schöne Zeit in Holland

Die Anlage, in der das Häuschen steht, ist gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Ein weitläufiger Spielplatz ist im Mittelpunkt des Eingangsbereichs. Das Häuschen selbst ist eigentlich ganz süß eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Leider war es bei unserem Aufenthalt, entgegen der sonstigen Bewertungen, nicht sauber. Das Bad hat bei unserer Ankunft sehr unangenehm gerochen und wir konnten den Grund leider nicht ausfindig machen und somit auch nicht beheben und es blieb bis zu unserer Abreise so. In der Küche war es etwas fettig/klebrig. Im Wohnzimmer lagen gebrauchte Socken vom Vormieter, genauso wie im Schlafzimmer. Die Kleiderschränke musste ich auswischen, sonst hätte ich nichts reinlegen können. Die Gartenmöbel/Grill sind zum Teil beschädigt. Der aktuelle Zustand des Häuschens war echt schade, denn ansonsten spürt man, dass es mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist. Da die sonstigen Bewertungen zur Sauberkeit eigentlich gut waren , gehe ich jetzt einfach davon aus, dass wir bei unserem Aufenthalt Pech hatten und dies eine Ausnahme war. Wie gesagt, generell echt süß und wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Gegend. Wir würden es wahrscheinlich ein weiteres Mal besuchen und dem süßen kleinen Häuschen eine zweite Chance geben.

Bis zum 29.12.23 war alles entspannt. Dann wurden bis Silvester durchgehend laute Böller abgeschossen. Das war für uns nicht mehr entspannt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Stellendam

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Von dort aus sind Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen möglich. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen Supermarkt. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Rustig en ontspannen

Leuk huisje op een park. Beetje rommelig ingericht met een veel te steile trap naar de slaapkamer. Dat is echt een reden hier niet weer te boeken. De badkamer is erg klein maar voldoet goed. Alleen hing er een hele sterkte rioollucht die we alleen konden verwijderen door constant een raam open te laten. In een onverwarmde douche in de maand maart is dat niet erg comfotabel. Mede omdat de toilet ook in de badkamer is.

Kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein erholsame und stressfreies Weihnachten sowie den Jahreswechsel in dem schönen kleinen Haus verbracht . Es war alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht , wir haben nichts vermisst . Auch die Umgebung, die wir erkundet haben wenn es das Wetter zu ließ , hat uns sehr gefallen .Gerne werden wir einmal wiederkommen , jedoch zu einer schöneren Jahreszeit .

Das Haus war wie im Inserat vorgestellt und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Der Spielplatz direkt neben dem Haus war super für unsere Kinder und sie hatten dort viel Spaß. Das Haus liegt zentral und in der Umgebung konnten wir viel erkunden, aber auch erholen. Très jolie et très agréable maison dans un domaine tranquille.

Une très jolie maison avec jardinet dans un domaine privé. Tout le nécessaire est présent. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. La maison est située dans une région à proximité du grand patrimoine touristique. Séjour très agréable et reposant. La nature environnante est très belle. La petite ville de Stellendam est très attachante.

Schönes gepflegtes Häuschen, mit allem was man braucht. Hundestrand um die Ecke und für das was wird suchten, nämlich Ruhe, zu dieser Jahreszeit perfekt. Nette Leute an der Rezeption, die uns den Schlüssel für den Jugendtraum überlassen haben, weil wir Lust hatten Tischtennis zu spielen ;-) Ich denke in der Hochsaison eher Trubel, da das Haus direkt am Spielplatz und Spielwiese grenzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gemütliche Erholungsoase

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Besonders der Ziegenhof in Ouddorp ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen! Ein Einkaufsladen ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Sehr zu empfehlen!
