This freshly renovated family apartment is ideally located 100m from the Télémix Belle Etoile and the ESF Champamé. With shops 5 minutes walk away and the shuttle at the bottom of the building, everything is there to simplify your life!
Facing south, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the Muzelle with sunshine all day long.
Spacious, equipped with several sleeping areas, a large living room, this fully equipped apartment will allow you to spend a very good stay in Les 2 Alpes!

This apartment is equipped with:
- a large living room: composed of the kitchen and the dining room. A large table will allow you to enjoy meals with family or friends. This room is equipped with a television.

- a cosy living room, equipped with a rapido sofa (turning into a 140 bed), a coffee table and another television (Canal + Channel 4 available)

- a bedroom equipped with a 140* 190cm bed with its own sink and small fridge as well as plenty of storage. This room is closed by 2 sliding doors on each side.

- two sleeping areas each equipped with two bunk beds.
Each bed is equipped with its own lighting and USB charger.
Each sleeping area is closed on either side by 2 sliding doors in order to be isolated from the rest of the apartment.
Sleeping area n°1, the bedroom and the living room are placed in a row but each space is separated by sliding doors which allows everyone to have their own private space.

A cot for baby is also available with an additional mattress. However, the mattress protector is not provided.

- two bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. A hairdryer is available for each of them.

- a large entrance hallway of 10 m² which will provide you with all the storage you need for your ski gear (many lockers and coat racks).

The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a large fridge with its freezer section, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, 2 raclette machines, a dishwasher, an air Fryer and all the kitchen essentials.

This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults as bunk beds are not suitable for adults. A total capacity of 6 people to be really comfortable (up to 8 people in total maximum, including 4 children).

The residence has a collective laundry area (washing machine and dryer for a fee) as well as a room with ping pong table. We provide a racquet set in the apartment.
We also leave the sledge available on the balcony so that your little ones can enjoy it too!

You will also have 2 ski lockers on the snow level of the residence to store your skis and boots (heated room).
An access is dedicated to the skier (on the side of the residence) allowing direct access to the lockers at ski.
By exiting by this access with skiers and ski boots on your feet, you can reach the slopes by walking only a few metres with two possibilities:
- join the Champame slope to ski down to the Telemix Belle Étoile where the ESF
(The Belle Etoile telemix and the departure of the ESF are located less than 100 m from the building)
- join the Petit Aiguille slope to access the small Vallée Blanche area

The first shops are accessible 5 minutes walk away:
- bakery Le Moulin des Alpes
mini-markets
- restaurants: Le Mazot, Le Tribeca, Les mauvais garçons
- sport 2000
- intersport
- also close to the shops of the village 1800

Finally, you will have a few free parking spaces belonging to the residence and located just in front of the entrance. However, the availability of these spaces cannot be guaranteed.
A paid car park is located opposite just across the street and a paid covered car park is located 200m away.

The shuttle bus that stops at the bottom of the residence (Le Lautaret stop) will then allow you to travel free of charge throughout the resort on foot or on skis!

Concierge service:
For your stay, you will be in contact with a concierge service. Simply contact them to arrange your departure and arrival.
An arrival kit will be at your disposal as well as bed linens.
If you wish, towels can be rented directly from the concierge at an additional cost.
In accordance with the house rules, an inventory of fixtures is available in the apartment and you will have 24 hours to report any anomaly to the concierge.

Before your departure, you will also need to contact the concierge to arrange your departure.
The apartment must then simply be returned in a clean and tidy state:
- the bins, fridges and dishwasher must be emptied
- the kitchen area and dishes must be tidy and clean
The concierge will then carry out a complete check of the apartment after your departure (check of the furniture, check the functioning of the appliances, carry out a complete cleaning etc...) and will report any anomaly that must be the subject of a deposit.
The objective is of course that each new guest can benefit from a clean and functional accommodation on arrival
