The Space:

Sunlight pours over the private pool as you step onto the tiled patio, the gentle hum of palm fronds swaying in the breeze setting the tone for a relaxed escape. Inside, the tastefully decorated living spaces invite you to unwind on plush sofas while the smart TVs flicker with your favorite shows. A game room beckons with air hockey, darts and board games, promising evenings of friendly competition. From sunrise walks to Flagler Drive to sunset cocktails by the pool, every moment feels curated for comfort and joy.



Sleeping arrangements

The master suite features a Luxury King Bed, a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Two guest suites each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views and smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a comfortable couch, an air mattress and a crib, allowing the home to sleep six comfortably, up to eight guests maximum.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a heated private pool; heating is optional at $100 per night and is recommended from October 15th through May 31st with a three‑day notice. A shaded lounge area surrounds the pool, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a cool drink from the mixology bar.



Game room (air‑conditioned)

Air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games and a smart TV provide endless entertainment for families and friends.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen serves up to eight guests and includes Starbucks espresso and drip coffee stations, an Insta‑Pot, blender and kids’ plates. A formal dining room seats six, a casual dining room seats five, and a kitchen bar accommodates three.



Neighborhood & attractions

A short walk brings you to Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive and nearby dining at Howley’s Diner or Dixie Grill and Brewery. A ten‑minute drive reaches Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue shopping, The Royal Poinciana Plaza, Esplanade Shopping and downtown West Palm Beach. The Breakers, The Colony Hotel, Buccan’s, Henry’s and Cucina Palm Beach are also within easy reach.



Concierge services

Kelly and Ali are available to book excursions, arrange in‑home dining, organize family photo shoots, stock the fridge before arrival, and provide local recommendations. Additional services include transportation, spa treatments, private chef options and babysitting.



Pet policy

Kid and dog‑friendly; dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval required. Service animals are exempt. Cats are not allowed due to guest allergies.
