On the third floor of a residence on the seafront, with its terrace overlooking the unique setting of the mouth of the Dives and the hills of Houlgate, this very quiet apartment ensures you a pleasant stay. At the foot of the residence, along the beach, the famous Marcel Proust promenade which leads you in 10 minutes on foot to the Casino and the town centre, with its shops and restaurants. You can also stroll through the dunes, or cross the footbridge that leads to the charming port of Dives.
The 38 m² apartment was renovated in 2023. It includes an entrance with fitted wardrobes, a living room, a terrace, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The furniture is new.
The bedroom has two twin beds of 190x90 which can be attached on request.
The quality of the WIFI allows you to telework in very comfortable conditions... or to watch your favourite series on the large flat screen in the living room.
The decoration recalls the host's passions: jazz and the history of aviation.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities: traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer,...

You can bring linen (fitted sheets, duvet sheets, pillowcases, towels) which is not provided.
Two twin beds of 190x90 with:
- or two duvets of 140x200 when the beds are separated
- or a 220x240 duvet when the beds are attached
- two 70x50 pillows
This linen can also be rented with an extra charge.
