Chalet with 2 balconies and 240 sqm living area, 5 bedrooms, 3x WC and 4x shower / bath. Large living room with open fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen with dining room for 10 people. Game room with table football. Large sauna room with open fireplace and rain shower - all made in old wood and stones. On the terraces of more than 40 m² are 2 small old wood chalets / cabanes. In one is a Bull gas grill with bar built and serves for barbecues and après-ski, in the other bicycles or similar. be placed under. There is a ski room with ski boot warmer. Carport covered for 2 cars, 3 cars in total. Free Wi-Fi. TV.

Arrival and departure in the winter season is Saturday.
Cancellation conditions according to the lease.
Extra costs to be paid locally are listed in the attached lease or "Extra costs" under "See rental prices":

Perfect location for a group

We were a group of 10 people in our 30s. The house is perfectly located, very close to the gondola and has all the amenities you would need. Communication with the owner and the person responsible locally was very efficient. I would definitely come back to stay in the house.

Bedrooms poor and just under 1000€ extra charges at the end of our stay

We were disappointed to not be able to check in until 5pm, but check out was 10am - which seemed unbalanced. On arrival, the living areas were very nice - good quality and finish. However the bedrooms upstairs were extremely small, with little to no storage. One bed can only be climbed into via stairs, shutters cannot be closed and there was no shutter on the sky light above one bed. There are 2 usable showers, but no stand up shower upstairs. The location is great, the owner’s correspondence was very good however, the extra charges were communicated only to us as: there would be extra charges for towels, bed linen, electricity, housecleaning and day tax. There was no indication that this would be just under €1000 and cash in hand. Use of the sauna, which we did not use, would have been extra. We have rented chalets and apartments for 40 years, and never had such level of hidden charges. Chalets have been rented warm, cleaning costs have been reasonable.

Un endroit idyllique pour tout amoureux de la montagne.

Loué pour 8 adultes et 2 enfants, le chalet est idéalement placé et adapté au nombre d’occupants. Il y a même une pièce détente (sauna, matelas à eau, douche).

Great place for skiing

We had a lovely stay here. It was very convenient to skiing and to amenities in Le Chable. The place is as described. The fireplace and sauna were great. We had 8 people in total and the house was more than big enough. We never felt crammed. We would defniitely stay here again.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub von Anfang an.

Ein wunderschönes Objekt direkt an der Gondel das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben die Zeit im Charlet richtig genießen können. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und wenn fragen waren, war der Vermieter immer erreichbar. Schon die Vorabinformation und die Lage vom Objekt waren gut erklärt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Saunabereich, den wir fast täglich nach der Skitour genossen haben. Auch sind die Matratzen in den Betten einmal hervorzuheben, So gut wie dort haben wir alle lange nicht mehr geschlafen. Und ein guter Schlaf ist halt wichtig, wenn man dieses wunderschöne Skigebiet erkunden will. Auch die Objektbetreuerin vor Ort war für uns immer wieder erreichbar wenn fragen aufkamen. Anzumerken ist noch das der Müll nicht wie in Deutschland abgeholt wird, sondern es hierfür spezielle Sammelstellen im Ort gibt. Die hierfür speziellen Mülltüten müssen käuflich im Supermarkt erworben werden. Hiermit wird die Müllentsorgen finanziert. Für den der es nicht beachtet und den Müll einfach so entsorgt kann dies richtig teuer werden. Es gibt nämlich Mülldetektive die das an den Sammelstellen kontrollieren. Wir durften diese Erfahrung machen. Die Größe des Objekts ist wirklich perfekt für 10 Personen, und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Wir sagen noch einmal vielen Dank an den Vermieter Herrn Kehder. Und wie werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Meerbusch Helmuth Esser

Lovely experience!

We had a lovely stay in Michael's chalet. The chalet is really spacious, we were 10 adults and had enough space. The relax is beautiful and relaxing after a long day in the slopes. The chalet is conveniently located a few minutes away from the Le Châble gondola, walkable even in ski boots. The gondola takes you up to Verbier in 8 minutes and runs a couple of hours after the rest of the ski area has closed for the night, nice if you want to go to the apres-ski in Verbier before heading home to the chalet. We would highly recommend staying in Michaels chalet!

Ein super Chalet zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 9 Personen in dem Chalet in LeChable. Es war eine super Woche. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und stellt die Basis für einen perfekten Skiurlaub. Der Lift ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Oder wenn man mal beim Apre Ski versackt, gibt es auch einen Bus von Verbier nach Le Chable. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer lädt zu ausgiebigen Spieleabenden auf dem Sofa ein. Auch die Abstimmung mit dem Gastgeber hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Alles in allem: Das Chalet ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Stunning chalet in a quiet village near Verbier make sure you read the terms and conditions of the booking properly as we had an extra 850 euros to pay on check out for cleaning 320 euros even though you are asked to clean chalet before you leave, electricity,towels and bed linen apart from this would recommend the accomodation.

Riesiges komfortabeles Chalet

Sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Verwalterin. Das Haus liegt direkt am Lift (3min zu Fuß), es ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Esstisch. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße und herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter Herrn Kehder!

Lage ist super, Haus schick, Innenausstattung könnte besser sein

Die Architektur des Hauses ist bestechend, auch das äußere Erscheinungsbild hat uns super gefallen, die Innenausstattung lässt dann aber Wünsche offen... Wir waren zu siebt, dafür haben der Platz und die Ausstattung der Küche genügt. Für 10 Personen ist das Haus nur bedingt geeignet. Es gibt ein recht kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett ohne Stellmöglickeiten und ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten im Keller, dass für Jugendliche sicher reicht, für Paare eher ungemütlich wirkt. Auch gemütliche Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer reichen nicht für 10 Personen. Der Kicker im Keller hat uns viel Spaß bereitet. Die Sauna haben wir aufgrund der Temperaturen leider nicht genutzt. Die Lage zur Gondel ist ideal. Im Ort sind ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt. Verkehr und Lärm vor dem Haus hielten sich in Grenzen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine super ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden. Unsere Hobbyköche waren mehr als zufrieden. Ein gibt ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und am großen Esszimmertisch finden gut 10 Personen Platz. Insgesamt hat das Haus 3 Toiletten und 3 Duschen sowie eine Badewanne. Ein kleiner Garten mit 3 Liegen und eine Terasse mit stabilem Holzmobiliar gibt es im Außenbereich. Parkmöglichkeiten für zwei Fahrzeuge sind unter dem Carport vorhanden. Ansonsten kann ganz in der Nähe kostenlos an der Liftstation geparkt werden. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Tischkicker und die Sauna, die wir allerdings wegen des warmen Wetters nur 1 x benutzt haben. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine Woche Mitte August in dem schönen Haus in Le Châble und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Das Haus liegt an der Durchgangsstraße, daher tagsüber etwas Verkehrslärm, hält sich aber in Grenzen. Und nicht zu vergessen: Christin, die Schlüsselverwalterin ist eine ganz Nette!

Tolles Haus mit zu vielen Zusatzkosten

Perfekte Skiwoche in toller Unterkunft

Wir waren über Ostern mit 2 Familien hier und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Chalet ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten mit 11 Personen reichlich Platz. Man kann keinesfalls sagen, dass die Fotos einen falschen Eindruck vermitteln. Einen kürzeren Weg zur Gondel kann man kaum erwarten. Da der Weg abwärts über eine Wiese führt, fanden wir es sehr angenehm, die Skier im Schließfach an der Talstation lassen zu können. Das Skigebiet ist toll - so ganz haben wir es nicht geschafft, es vollständig zu "erfahren" - gerne würden wir also noch einmal wiederkommen. Die Kinder fanden den Kicker genial, waren aber auch gerne draußen im Garten. Insgesamt: klare Empfehlung!!

Perfekter Urlaub im Schnee

Was will man mehr? Im zauberhaften Wallis, einem der wohl schönsten Skigebiete mit zahllosen Möglichkeiten zum Skifahren, Skitouren gehen, Schneeschuhwandern, etc. Da muss nur noch die Unterkunft passen - und das tut sie!! Ein wunderschönes, großzügiges Chalet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, authentisch eingerichtet und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Lifteinstieg. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Wellnessbereich mit offenem Kamin und Sauna. Ich habe direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Ein deutlicheres Zeichen kann man wohl kaum setzen...

Alles Perfekt!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen da. Für die Anzahl der Personen ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Getopt wir das ganze mit dem eigenen Skikeller mit beheizbarem Skischuhhalter und hauseigener Sauna. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Housekeeperin ist mehr als Standard. Es war einer von meiner schönsten Skiurlaube. Das gesamte Paket war perfekt.

Vierbier ist für mich das schönste und vielseitigste Skigebiet das ich kenne. Und ich kenne sehr viele. Wenn dann noch so eine perfekt Hütte direkt an der Gondelstation eine Woche mein ist, kann der Urlaub nicht besser sein. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht und noch viel mehr ausgestattet. Perfekt zum entspannen nach einem gelungenen Skitag. Ob Du vor dem offenem Kamien in der Sauna (traumhaft)abhängst oder bei einem kühlen Bier im Wohnzimmer natürlich auch bei offenen Feuer. Die Küche lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Der Besitzer dieses Schmuckstück kann sich "von" schreiben. Schöne Grüße Gabi

Fantástico !!!

El chalet es precioso. Tiene todo lo necesario y a destacar la zona de la sauna que es perfecta para relajarse después de esquiar. El propietario es muy atento y Crhistine (la persona que te da las llaves) es un encanto. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos !!!

Großartiger Urlaub in traumhaftem Chalet

Wir haben mit 6 Personen einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in dem traumhaften, hochwertig ausgestatteten und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Chalet verbracht. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Talstation der Seilbahn und bietet ein schönes Panorama auf die Berge. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind durch kurze Fußwege erreichbar. Das Freizeitangebot, insbesondere Wander-, Kletter- und andere Sportmöglichkeiten ist riesig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, abwechslungsreichen und erholsamen Urlaub und werden gerne wiederkommen.
