Come and discover this charming Charente house of 140 m2 located in the heart of the great Champagne region that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with a view of the countryside and the vineyards in Juillac le coq which is 15 minutes from Cognac pleasant for its tranquility, hilly white paths for families and friends who like to go on beautiful hikes. We will welcome you at the time we have agreed together for your arrival otherwise a key box is available if we have to leave.
This accommodation is composed on the ground floor of a large living room on a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, coffee machine with senséo pod, toaster, kettle).a dining room with large wooden table and a lounge area with 165" flat screen TV with netflix.
We have provided some essential products (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar), bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, iron, cordless vacuum cleaner) and upstairs 3 bedrooms, the 1st equipped with king size 180×200, the 2nd equipped with 2 beds of 90×200 modular in 180×200 on request and the 3rd in 140×180 with cot for baby with dressing room in each room and an office area with small library.
A large garage converted into a cosy corner and 2 reserved parking spaces in front of the accommodation.
Bed linen, sheets will be provided, beds will be made on arrival, tea towels will be available, towels will be provided at your request with an extra charge.
The accommodation must be left clean on your departure.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, the garage is provided.
High chairs for babies is available on request.
Medium-sized pets are allowed in the accommodation.
Less than 5 minutes walk, you will find an excellent restaurant le coq 'as which is a tobacco bar, small supermarket, bread depot and post office.
The accommodation ideally located 15 minutes from cognac, 5 minutes from Segonzac (ATM, inter-market, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria) 10 minutes from Jarnac, 20 minutes from the spa treatment of Jonzac, 40 minutes from Saintes and Angoulême, the Atlantic coast is only 45 minutes from (Talmont, Meschers, Royan, La Palmyre), 1h30 from La Rochelle and 1h15 from Bordeaux.
