This is the perfect location to stay & enjoy multiple beaches, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Condo was clean, quiet, and property had fun amenities we used like the pool, pickleball courts, and grills. Would stay here again!

We have stayed in this complex before and enjoyed this unit with its really nice views and location farthest from the street. The owner had snorkeling gear and even golf balls to use. I would definitely return to this unit.

A Quiet Lovely View

We loved the property! I liked the Hawaiian decor & the view from the lanai! It’s very quiet as well, only downside is that someone who was in the condo ahead of us smoked! We don’t so it was very detectable & it’s a smoke free property! We just kept the windows open & used the screen on the lanai & air freshener. Also the carpet especially in the bedroom should be replaced.

Clean, everything we needed. Close to everything Kihei has to offer. The pictures are a little deceiving, smaller than expected, and beach isnt as close as portrayed in booking. But, honestly those things were minor, and it ended up being perfect for us.

Fantastic Location, Unit Nice But Dated

We had a wonderful time staying at the Maui Vista.The location is fantastic. It’s very easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and Foodland.The pool is small but very clean and the lounge chairs are nice and comfortable.Our unit was fine however looked dated. It needs a fresh coat of paint, the rugs are stained, the door hiding the washer and dryer is missing and the lights over the kitchen counter don’t work. There’s also no space to store food.The beds however are very comfortable and the sheets, pillows and duvet smelled nice and clean. The washrooms have also been updated and are nice.

Great Central Location very close to the Beach

Maui Vista Apartments is a comfortable complex building that is centrally located in Kihei at a walking distance to all the beach attractions of the area. Our unit was very private on the third building and fourth floor which is the farthest from the road but still close to the beach and with an unexpected great view to the ocean and the mountains. The only noise we had was very welcomed coming from birds singing in the morning. The kitchen was small but well equipped and all you need to prepare a meal and take a break from the restaurant scene. The layout with one bedroom in the first floor and the second bedroom in the attic was very functional and private. This is the perfect place for a family to be together yet have enough room to be comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Family trip to Maui

We loved our stay at this unit, the owner was very easy to get ahold of , we had a problem with our bathroom door accidentally getting locked but they were able to send someone over within an hour to help us get it open I am sure that was a self made accident as well not the issue of the unit. The location it awesome, it’s nice a central to Kihei so walking around was very easy , a gorgeous beach right across the road to watch sunsets and get up for that early morning swim. The unit itself was the perfect size for me my husband and our parents, with a gorgeous view from the deck to have morning coffee. The fact it had multiple AC units one for each bedroom and one for the living room was amazing. It was a very comfortable sleep. Would deff come back to this unit again as it was affordable and cozy.

All was fine but the broken refrigerator. The small one didnt hold enough. The bedroom tv had no channels and no tv remote . The vents in the bathroom were always running with no way to turn off. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent again with a fixed refrigerator .

Overall this is a very nice place to stay. Great location, the grounds are nice, great view. We watched whales off the balcony everyday. Both showers were a little scuzzy upon arrival and needed a really good scrub and the shower rack in the upstairs bathroom had old gooey soap still stuck on it. The beach chairs provided were really nice but there was no beach umbrella to use which would have been helpful. The balcony needs something that can be used to hang clothes to dry as you can't actually hang things off the railing. There is a broken electrical plug beside the couch that is a safety hazard as well as some of the light switches don't actually work and we had to unplug lamps to turn them off. The downstairs bathroom door kept trying to lock us in and we eventually had to stick a piece of paper between the door frame and the door knob when closed so we could get out. Be very very wary of the rental company this condo is rented through. I secured a late checkout and had a written confirmation of said late checkout. We went out for 30 mins our last day and came back to being locked out with all our things still inside. We called the company 15 times with no answer and my boyfriend and I had to walk 25 minutes down the road to their office to get a new code. I have asked for refund for the extra I paid for my late checkout since I didn't get one and they have ignored every email I have sent. I would love to rent here again but will not because of Coldwell Banker.

The kitchen is well-appointed but small -- best for only one person to be in the area to cook. There was a very nice welcome basket when we arrived.

A perfect spot for 4 adults. It would be a bit tight if 6 were squeezed in. Kitchen is a little cramped but we made it work. Lanai/patio was pretty noisy and hot to sit outside side at the end of October. The Ductless air conditioning was sitting on the small patio. However, air conditioning worked well. So, I might stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third time at Maui for vacation after 17 years. So much has changed and the stay at Maui Vista was great. Upon arrival to condo, I had viewed previous reviews and although some were bad I think each experience and expectations are different from people. We enjoyed our stayed at 3421 Condo and the place felt like home. The rooms were comfortable and the person who slept at sofa bed slept well. Although we did not cook much I thought that it was awesome how the condo owner provided all that is needed. The pool was bit small and leafs flying in, but who needs a pool when you have the ocean and different places to visit. We would definitely stayed here if available for future visit and recommend it to friends and family.
