Completely restored gIte located in a small village in the heart of Huelgoat forest.
Many hiking trails pass in front of the house and the access to the forest is barely 200
meters away.
The Mare aux Sangliers is 10 minutes walk away / It takes 25 minutes to walk to the
center of Huelgoat through the forest or 3km by car. The café-librairie "L'autre rive"
which is located 400 meters away will allow you to make beautiful discoveries.
Within a radius of 30 km you can discover the town of Morlaix, the valley of the
Saints, Drennec lake, the parish enclosure of Pleyben, the Mont St Michel and its
lake, the moors of Cragou with the wolf museum, the old station of Locmaria Berrien
and its Cambodian restaurant surrounded by caravans, the town of Carhaix known
for one of France’s largest festivals “Vieilles Charrues” and recently the Motocultor
festival, the roch trédudon, Tuchenn Kador...
Quimper and Brest are less than an hour away and the closest beaches are 35
minutes away...
In short, you have been dreaming of a haven of paradise in the countryside, so come
and meet Helena (a British national) and Pierre (from the region) who will do you the
honor of welcoming you in the greatest comfort. They live locally, 100 meters from
the gîte and they will be at your disposal to help and inform you throughout your stay.
Pierre and Helena speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and of course French.
Regarding the accommodation you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay
(TV, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, high chair and travel cot on
request, microwave, kettle, blender, board games, Bluetooth speaker, Palets (local
game) board, a set of boules, bbq...) 2 large and very spacious bedrooms with 1
double bed each and a bunk bed in one of them. There is also a parking lot for your
vehicle, a bike shed, and a pétanque / palet area.
