Welcome to The Beach House in Garden City . This is a third floor condo with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and microwave oven. The living room has a private balcony with access to the master bedroom as well. Central heat and air conditioning, 2 cable TV's, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen, two twins beds and a pull out sofa if needed in the living room. Common area includes a swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and an on-site coin operated laundry. No trailers. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. Bring linens and towels or contact owner for assistance. One off street parking spot. No elevator. Maximum occupancy: 6.

Wonderful stay! Condo was super clean and the decor is cute and beachy. Tammy is a great host and was available for any questions. Location of the BeachHouse properties is spot on. Drinking coffee with this view of the ocean every morning was just perfect. Thanks for a great vacation!

We love the Garden City area on the Grand Strand, and we’re so happy to find this lovely condo for our 2 week get-away! The condo is very nicely furnished, very comfortable, LOVE the 2 bathrooms, and the price is GREAT! I recommend!!

We enjoyed our week at this property. Great location and condo. The pool and deck were wonderful. Steps to the ocean. We spent tons of time on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The weather was perfect and so was the beach. After 3 pm the crowds leave and you pretty much have the beach to yourself!

Exactly what we needed

This condo was a great find for us. We wanted to be right on the beach and this fit the bill! We loved that we could walk right out the beach. For the end of June, we didn't find the beach too crowded, and everyone was really nice. The kitchen was well appointed, and we were able to make the meals we planned on.

Great Stay

Tammy was a wonderful host, and never hesitated to help anything we needed. She allowed us to stay during bike week when all of the other renters preferred other guests, so overall we are definitely thankful. Our condo had an amazing view. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

The beach is my happy place and Garden City is my favorite beach. The beach is beautiful and there's so much to do close by for those who don't want to spend all of their time on the beach.
