Ideally located, this large family house is located on the beach of Ker Élisabeth and 3' walk from the centre of the village (markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
Possibility to park in the street and do everything on foot afterwards.

Ready to welcome you with family or friends, the house has everything you need for a successful holiday: a breathtaking view of the ocean and its sunsets with terrace, barbecue and garden table accessible from a large bright living room in which you can also have your meals with sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, freezer, oven; coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
You will also find in the bedroom area a series of board games and children's toys as well as a library available.
The ground floor leads to two large bedrooms of more than 20 square metres (160 beds - new bedding) including a sea view and the other garden view, a bedroom (two 80 beds) and a bath/WC bathroom.
The fourth bedroom (also new bedding and 160 bed) is located on the ground floor with its bathroom separate shower/toilet baths.

WiFi and fibre in all rooms.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths)
Don't forget your beach towels!
