Ideal location in world class Naples Bay Resort, this gated resort is amenity packed with an old Florida feel of lush landscaping & impeccable grounds. Luxury cottage just a short walk, bike ride or complementary shuttle to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street with the finest upscale restaurants & shopping as well as fabulous white sand beaches. Full access to Naples Bay Resort Club with family & adult only pool areas, tennis center, children’s playground, fitness center, spa, and saunas.

Sunny and bright, this 3 bed, 2 bath 1st floor condo has 1 King Master Bedroom and 2 Queen bedrooms, giving you all of the comforts of home. From the beautiful kitchen with granite to the bath vanities with marble counters, you won't want to leave this fresh coastal décor cottage.

Living room is an open and airy concept with large flat screen TV and direct access to the screened and covered lanai.

Master bedroom has king bed and a flat screen TV. Adjoining master bathroom has a walk-in closet, jetted tub and glass enclosed shower.

2 additional bedrooms each have a queen bed along with a flat screen TVs with adjacent second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking. Large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.

Bath towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Portable crib available in master closet.

Full access to Naples Bay Resort, Club, and Marina. Bikes, powerboats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards available for rent through Marina store. Golf reciprocal program provides access to several of Naples' best courses. Golf course tee times can be arranged through Naples Bay Resort concierge. Complimentary shuttle to/from downtown Naples and beaches.

Loved our 3rd stay at the Sweet Bay Cottage!! Location is perfect both in the resort as well as in Naples. The accommodations here are as described and perfect! Sitting out on the lanai you can hear the waterfall from the pool as well as the live music. We tried the shuttle to 5th avenue and it was a great choice for us-no need to worry about finding a place to park when going to dinner. Thanks for another great stay!!

Another fantastic stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Sweet Bay cottage and it continues to be our favorite! The condo is tastefully decorated and we love being so close to the pool. We take an annual family trip to Naples…if you enjoy 5th avenue, Tin City, etc this location is fantastic. Wonderful restaurants at Naples marina as well! Thanks Margaret…we will be back!

Naples Bay Cottages for New Years

The property itself was exactly as listed. One of the amazing features was the communication with the manager and the amazing response to our questions. The pool area was the best and my 4 year old granddaughter could not get enough of the lazy river. We also appreciated the shuttle to the beach. Would come again.

Absolutely Perfect

We have never stayed in this area and were somewhat skeptical about the listing for this property but took the chance. So incredibly glad we did! There were 3 of us staying for a week. The condo is well kept and exactly as described in the listing...as is the overall property. The location was perfect for our family. Lots of areas to walk and the onsite restaurants are great. Fantastic stay for our group!

Terrific Stay in Naples Bay

First and foremost, the host was fantastic! Communication was timely and helpful. The place was perfect for our family as it surpassed our expectations. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks down fifth ave while our teens slept in. All the community's amenities were well kept and the staff was helpful. The pool cafe was delicious. The condo had everything we could need for a day at the beach, or a nice dinner at home. All in all, we would love to stay here again, if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

Disappointment

We’ve stayed at the Naples bay resort multiple times and loved it, but this time the pool heater was broken,( the pool was absolutely freezing) the lazy river was under construction, and the hot tub was cold. We were not told ahead of time any of these amenities would not be usable, and had to purchase pool passes at other resorts so our kids could use a pool. This was an added expense we were not happy to have to spend. Otherwise the apartment was nice, could use some updating, but good location and had the space we needed .

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how important the resort amenities are to our guests, especially families with children, and we share your disappointment about the unforeseen issues with the pools during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not made aware ahead of time that the pool heater would be out of order or that the lazy river would be under construction during your stay. We were assured by the resort management that all amenities would be operational. Once we learned about the situation, the resort offered alternative solutions, including access to the heated outdoor hotel pool and a discount or refund of the resort fees. I also reached out offering you a refund for one night's stay in addition to the resort's refund of the resort fees, but I did not receive a response. My intention was to address the inconvenience and provide support during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback, and wish you all the best in your future travels.
