Charming stone house in the picturesque village of Lokva Rogoznica, only 7 km from the town of Omis. Your accommodation is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding towns wzb. Omis, Split and Makarska. If you're a fan of the spectacular views of the sea and the mountains, if you love the calm atmosphere and morning coffee in the sun, this is the perfect place for you.
The house is geagnet for 5 people and it has a large 60m2. We also have a yard, garden and parking. On the ground floor is a living room with kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed for two people. Upstairs is a second bathroom and a bedroom with a terrace.
Lokva Rogoznica is a small village from the 12th Century, located at the foot of the mountain. The village offers everything you need for your rest and leisure. Our house is located in the old part of the village, across the street, which complements the real Dalmatian atmosphere, quiet with a magnificent view of the sea. Ünter the highway, on the coast there are beautiful beaches and small coves with clear sea water.
You can visit the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, St. Cosmas and Damian and the small church. St. Vida at the top of the mountain Dinara visit .Damit learn at least a part of the past of this place know. Up to the Church of St. Vida is there is a pedestrian walkway that is ideal for all ages, from hiking. The cherry is located 639 meters above sea level with a magnificent view of the sea, is on the one hand and the Dalmatian Zagora on the other side.
Sports fans can enjoy surfing, sailing, water skiing, diving, hiking, rafting and other activities. While staying at this wonderful place, you can not afford a visit to Omis, Split and Makarska miss.

Tranquil home with mountains and sea views

This beautiful house is in a fantastic location. We had such a lovely holiday in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Ana was a great host and showed us the quiet beaches and easier routes to find them. Long days on the beach, long evenings eating and drinking on the balcony with amazing views. Absolutely just everything we hoped.

Amazing property, stunning location

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at this property (apart from wanting to stay much longer). It's a small but very well-laid-out historic stone cottage with a variety of outdoor spaces and fantastic views of the Adriatic Sea. On the ground floor there's a covered loggia shaded by an ancient fig tree and grape vines, perfect as a place to sit outside in the hot afternoons. We had breakfast every morning on the upper balcony overlooking the sea, and in back there's a covered area with a grill for outdoor cooking. The inside kitchen is small but fine for basic cooking, and the upstairs bedroom was comfortable with a large bed for two plus an extra twin for a child. There are two full bathrooms and a washing machine. Host Ana met us at the house and showed us around (despite our late arrival), then sent us many recommendations for restaurants and activities. She is an excellent host. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay if you want access to the activities in Omis but want to sleep in a much quieter, more spacious place. There's even a great restaurant in walking distance. Two things to be aware of: The village is up a steep mountain road with a lot of tight switchbacks, so you need to be a confident driver with a decent car. There were also a lot of bees around (not at all aggressive, but might be a concern for people who are afraid of them) and mosquitos, so do bring bug spray (which Ana also provides). Overall, it was a real delight!

Schöner Blick aber trotzdem leider enttäuscht

Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Leider konnte man auf den Bildern nicht erkennen, dass direkt neben dem Haus ein Abbruch Haus steht. Der hintere Garten mit der weiteren Terrasse war auch nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht war verdeckt von einem weiteren Haus . Die Nachbarn haben direkt vor der Terrasse einen Ablage Platz für Brennholz gemacht und dort auch eine Wäscheleine gespannt und dauernd entweder Holz geholt oder Wäsche auf oder angehängt. Leider wenig privat Sphäre!

Beautiful view

We had been to this sweet home for one week in September. The place was very nice and everything you needed was there. It was clean and we had a beautiful view from the Terrasse and balcony. Everything was decorated with a lot of love and very comfortable. We did a lot of nice trips from there and the sea for a daily swim is not too far. Thank you Ana for this nice time and your openness for giving advices and help all time if needed!

Rundum guter Urlaub

Wir sind zu viert für zwei Wochen hier gewesen. Das Haus ist im Inneren eher klein, (Ana hat uns vorher darauf hingewiesen), dafür bietet der Außenbereich jede Menge Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten an. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine ausreichende Ausstattung. Der Blick vom Haus aus ist wunderschön. Dadurch, dass das Haus sehr hoch am Berg gelegen ist, ist der Weg zum Strand jedoch nur sehr mühsam zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man eigentlich immer auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Damit lässt sich ein Strand (Kies/Steine) in ca. 5 Minuten erreichen. In Laufweite befindet sich dafür ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit lokalen Speisen. Ana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden direkt mit frischen Pfirsichen aus eigener Ernte und Wein empfangen. Auch zum Abschied gab es eine Kleinigkeit. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei Ana Hilfe holen wann immer wir sie brauchten. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

Entspannung pur

Das kleine, aber feine Haus ist etwas abgelegen hoch über dem Meer (Mietauto erforderlich) und entspricht genau den Fotos. Die drei zur Verfügung stehenden Sitzplätze bieten Entspannung und Aussicht bei jedem Sonnenstand. Ana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit frischen Früchten und Tipps versorgte und Reservationen in Restaurants nach unseren Wünschen vornahm. Sie reagierte auf Anfragen sehr schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub mit toller Unterkunft

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage (nur mit dem Auto erreichbar). Die Anfahrt war mit vielen engen Kurven verbunden aber daran hatte man sich schnell gewöhnt:) Im Haus war alles für den Alltag vorhanden (Handtücher, Gewürze,...) bei Bedarf wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Wir waren bei Ankunft überwältigt von der Aussicht. Ana war eine sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche, unkomplizierte und sympathische Gastgeberin mit vielen Tipps. Als ,,Ankunftsgeschenk“ gab es für uns selbst gemachtes Olivenöl und einen leckeren Wein. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und haben das Haus mit seinen verschiedenen ,,Aussichtsplätzen“ sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank an die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Ruhig und dennoch zentral!

Wir waren im August 2020 für zwei Wochen bei Ana zu Gast. Das Objekt ist ein kleines Häuschen und ca. 8 Kilometer von Omis entfernt. Ana ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps bestens versorgt. Darüber hat Sie und Ihre Mutter für uns zwei Mal einen Kuchen gebacken, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was uns sehr entgegen kam, man ist jedoch mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten am Traumstrand Punta Rata. Der Standort des Hauses macht Tagesausflüge nach Trogir, Split, den Nationalpark Krka, die Inseln Brac und Hvar einfach und auch Dubrovnik ist ohne weiteres an einem Tag zu besuchen. Wir haben uns bei Ana sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Haus wohl wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmals nach Kroatien reisen.

Perfect stay.

Wir hatten 2 traumhafte Wochen in diesem Häuschen. Die Vermieterin Ana war leicht und für jede Frage zu erreichen. Super Gastgeberin. Das Haus war absolut sauber und vollkommen eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht war da. Die Berge hinterm Haus und zum Strand musste man sich nur bergab rollen lassen. Die Stadt Omis war genauso so weit entfernt,dass man vor touristischem Getümmel fliehen- am Abend aber die netten Restaurants genießen und durch die Alstadt flanieren konnte. Die Feigenbäume sowie die Trauben ums Haus waren das i- Tüpfelchen. Absolute Empfehlung was das Haus, die Gastgeberin und die Umgebung betrifft.

Annonce conforme en tous points à ce que vous trouverez en arrivant. Ana est très gentille et disponible pour ses hôtes. Mention spéciale pour la propreté ! Sehr schönes Haus in den Bergen mit sehr viel Ruhe und fantastischem Blick. Es ist ein Auto zum erreichen des Hauses notwendig. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Terrassen und einer gemütlichen Grillecke. Ans ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Aussicht , absolute Ruhe!

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegenes Steinhaus mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Toll war auch das das Haus über 2 Bäder verfügte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps, z.B. für das Restaurant "Bastion" in Omis was zu unserem Stammrestaurant wurde. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt da er sich da frei bewegen konnte. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich da es doch ein weiter Weg ist bis zum Haus. Aber es lohnt sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

traumhaft ruhige Lage und sagenhafter Blick!

ein kleines süßes Häuschen sehr hoch gelegen innerhalb eines ruhigen Bergdorfes mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Wasser und die Insel Brac! (Ohne Auto schwierig zu erreichen.) Das Haus hat einen Garten, man kann an verschiedenen Orten draußen sitzen oder liegen, ans Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca.15 min... auch zu fünft kann man in dem Haus wunderbar übernachten. Die junge Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. kurz: wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, würden auch ein 2. Mal an diesen Ort fahren!

Haus und Betreuung vor Ort super. Leider war das Wetter noch nicht so gut. Das Haus ist für 2-3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. So konnten wir die großen Terrassen und das Grillhäuschen noch nicht entsprechend nutzen. Wir haben uns abends den Kamin angemacht . Holz wurde prompt nachgeliefert. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, da das Haus etwas in den Bergen liegt und das Städtchen Omis ca10 km entfernt ist. Dort gibt es Supermärkte und gute Restaurants ( Milo, Cocopazzo).

The house is situated in a beautiful spot and very much away from it all which we liked.

A beautiful situation with stunning views and walks from the doorstep up the mountain. The house is small but well equipped with plenty of space outside for relaxing and a welcoming reception from Anita and Ana- thank you both. The nearest town, Omis has plenty to do and has lots of good restaurants and some nightlife. Also Omis has all you need in the way of supermarkets. There are beaches nearby for cooling off. We had a great time!!

Grandioser Blick, gemütliche Ausstattung, nette Gastgebert

Ein Haus um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bei einem Glas Rotwein und einem Buch auf der Terasse mit dem Blick über die Adria und die Insel Brac, welches sich 300 Meter unter einem ausbreitet. Ein Steinhaus, gut geeignet für 2-3 Personen. Da es genügend Möglichkeiten gibt, in den umliegenden Orten lecker essen zu gehen, ist die kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Gasflammen ausreichend gewesen. Zur Ausstattung gehört auch ein Kühlschrank, Backofen , Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und weiteres. Bei 2 Badezimmern kommt es zu keinen Engpässen. WLAN und TV inclusive Wem die eine Terasse nicht reicht, der findet im ersten OG noch eine weitere und eine Terasse hinter dem Haus mit einem festen Grillplatz. Wer will, kann direkt aus dem Haus heraus den Weg in Richtung der Berge einschlagen und ausgiebige Wande-Tagestouren unternehmen. Wenn man dann durchgeschwitzt wieder im Haus ist, freut man sich auch auf die vorhandene Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss. Rafting, Canyoning, riesige Seilnbahnen , alle Wassersportarten die man auf dem Meer ausüben kann, eine Tagestour nach Brac, nach Split, Dubrovnik und, und ,und. Oder einfach an einem der unzähligen Kiesstrände am Meer liegen und ein Coktail in der Hand. Prima SERVICE von der Besitzerin Ana uns in Omic in Empfang zu nehmen und zum Haus zu begleiten. Inclusive. Eines liebevollen Begrüßungssnack. Bei Fragen reicht eine WhatsApp und Ana hat einen Tip zur Hand, wo man dieses oder jenes buchen, erhalten oder sehen kann. Insgesamt war das ein sehr entspannter Urlaub, in einem Ambiente das man auch als Rückzugsort bezeichnen kann. Da das Haus an einem Berghang steht, gibt es kaum Autoverkehr und es gibt Zeiten in denen man ausser den Grillen und Vögeln kaum etwas anderes hört. Erholung pur

What a view...

Perfekter Ort zwischen Meer und Bergen. Völlige Ruhe in kleinem charmanten Ort. Die zwei grossen Terrassen bieten wahnsinnige Aussicht und das Haus hat alles was man nötig hat. Die Gastgeberin verwöhnte uns mit wildem Spargel und Keksen und sorgte für das nötige Feuerholz, so dass wir es auch an den kalten Tage schön warm hatten! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Amazing property, amazing host :)

The house was beautifully clean and went beyond our expectations in size and luxury, with truly stunning seascape views. Access to towns with bars and restaurants is easy with transport (taxis always available), plus our very own mountain to explore with lots of historic rural charm. The best qualities of the property lie with the hospitality of our hosts, Ana and Roy, who facilitated our every need with warmth and friendliness. Also 'Murma', the big friendly taxi driver can't escape a mention here. A truly unforgettable experience!

Zum Relaxen optimal!

Von Sabine und Axel Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns toll erholen. Wir haben auch die netten Nachbarn kennengelernt. Danke an Vesna und Wladem für den tollen Bootsausflug! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder Ana. Das Häuschen ist toll und sauber.
