Living in the heart of Ludwigsburg

Stay in a 300-year-old Grade-listed Cooper house in the heart of the Baroque city of Ludwigsburg. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and restored, with work completed in March 2015.
This comfortable and beautiful 3-room ground-floor apartment can accommodate 1–4 people and features a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a room with a 2-seater sofa bed (120x196 cm), a daylight-filled bathroom with a bathtub, a living and dining area with a large sofa and a rustic corner seating area.
It takes just 13 minutes to reach Ludwigsburg Station, from which trains depart every 10 minutes for Stuttgart. Depending on the train, the trip to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof takes between 10 and 17 minutes.

The area

Within walking distance:
- 5 minutes (400 m) to the market. Since 1714, the weekly market has been held here continuously to this day. All the major festivals celebrated at the market and a number of interesting buildings are within walking distance

- 8 minutes (550 m) to the Baroque Flower Garden, the Fairy-Tale Garden, and the Royal Palace. The Royal Hunting Lodge and the seaside Monrepos Castle are perfect for a long walk or a jog.

But parks, museums, the Film Academy, cinemas, theatres, bars, clubs, restaurants, and many shops are all within walking distance.

- 35 minutes to Heilbronn
