Large studio very well equipped and tastefully decorated in a residential, quiet and very popular area of Ste Luce. Located 200m walk from the beach and the path, you can discover the magnificent coastline of the town and its most beautiful white sandy beaches without a car. Its proximity 500m to the village and all its amenities make it a privileged location for your holidays.
Its easy access to the expressway (less than a km) will make it easy for you to discover the South Island to the north.
The accommodation
The studio consists of a main room with an area of 19m2, opening onto a deck terrace with kitchen and dining area of about 16m2.
A relaxation area and jacuzzi complete the accommodation. A bathroom completes this accommodation.
