Good home

It was a good, clean house. Good space, nice owner. It was a mess in getting the place, because of the instant booking- which was canceled right away. We had to rebook for an additional hundreds. Very frustrating, but the actual place was good!

Quick Stay

Overall, this home worked out ok for a quick overnight. We had booked another property with this owner and two weeks before our trip, they told us the current resident needed to extend their stay. We were offered another property of theirs but were not offered a discount for the changes, rather we were charged more because the home was bigger. The neighborhood was ok and the yard was a little disappointing as compared to the photos. The home was clean and well taken care of on the inside. It would be a great spot for a large group as it has multiple bedrooms and rooms to hang out as a large group.

That's not correct. I offered a different home that was twice as large (six bedroom, two story) instead of the original three bedroom, one story. I rented it to her at the exact same price. I even had customer service switch her for the same price, so this was verified by both customer service and myself.
