This property is walking distance to the bear lot at the bottom of Beaver Creek which made it easy to catch the bus to the lifts. The host had great communication and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended will use again if we visit the area in the future.

Great location for ski bus. Owner's communication was prompt, courteous, and accurate. We would definitely recommend this condo to skiers and winter enthusiasts.
Great location for catching buses to ski at Beaver Creek Resort along with other fun places to experience in Avon. The property was perfectly accommodating with plenty of amenities for the 4 of us and we loved the modern cabin decor. We would definitely return!

We're so glad you guys enjoyed your stay! The back patio is by far our favorite feature during the summer. Morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with the sound of the Eagle River is hard to beat. Hope to have you guys back again sometime!
Condo was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We cooked every night. Quick and easy communication. Easy check in and parking. Great location for a ski vacation.

Thanks, Roger! We're so glad you guys had a good stay. Hope to have you back one day!
The condo was well kept with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location was a great location with quick access to US 6 but still quiet and secluded, facing Eagle River.
Billy was a wonderful host who was available and kind.
My husband and two adult daughters loved staying at this property! It is just as pictured. It is an easy walk to the Bear Lot for skiing. We also walked to dinner at Agave which is right in front on the condo. The trail to Avon and Edwards is behind the condo also. The property manager was easy to work with and prompt to respond. I hope we get to visit again!

Lovely Renovated Condo close to Bus for Beaver Creek
The condo's renovations make it feel like a high end hotel suite, don't be fooled by the older exterior. The kitchen, living room, and renovated bathrooms were a plus (incl. heated floors in the master bath!). Owners were quick and responsive. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The one and only downfall was the condo is on the first floor in an old building, so if you happen to have loud neighbors upstairs, you hear noise. The condo itself and all interior spaces of the condo were lovely- we'd definitely stay again.

Thank you for the thoughtful review, J! We’re so glad you enjoyed the renovated space and felt at home with the amenities. Totally understand the note about upstairs noise—it’s one of the trade-offs with a first-floor unit in an older building, but we really appreciate your understanding. We'd love to host you again anytime!
This is a lovely condo - the complex is quiet and the back patio area has a beautiful view of trees and sky - it’s a great spot for bird watching. Nice that the Eagle River is just behind the trees. You can hear it from the condo and it’s just a few steps to the riverbank. The kitchen is great and well-equipped. I slept in only one of the two bedrooms - that bed was very comfortable. The ample walk-in closet space and the iron and ironing board were much appreciated. I’ve been coming to Vail every summer for the last 25 years - this was the first time I’ve stayed in Avon, and honestly I’d much rather stay here than anywhere in Vail. Avon is a real town, unlike Vail, with more and better shops and restaurants. If you desperately need to spend lots of money in pricey boutiques, Beaver Creek is right next door, so you’re not missing out on anything that Vail can offer, and in fact you’re getting much more besides. It’s just a way better value. Highly recommended.
All around excellent condo. Top notch details and excellent storage options! Cute and cozy! We loved every second of our stay. We even enjoyed the walk over to the bear lot as a way to warm up.

Billy grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He moved to Austin, Texas in 2007 and lived there for nearly 10 years. He visited Colorado in the summer of 2015. That amazing weather was a game-changer for him. So much so, in fact, that one year later he packed up and moved to Denver.
Caryn is a Colorado native. The beauty of the state was nothing new to her. Just a few months after Billy moved to Denver, both he and Caryn coincidently attended a run club which is where they first met. Two years later they tied the knot and the rest is history.
They're both very active. Caryn is an avid runner but also enjoys hiking, weight training, and yoga. Billy is an avid cyclist and swimmer and also enjoys hiking. Fall weekends are typically filled watching football which is a big passion of theirs.
